Take a break at Summer's Point, a remarkable Gulf Shores vacation home located directly on the beach. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Summer's Point welcomes you with professionally designed interiors and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Offering 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Summer's Point's features include a fully appointed kitchen and ample seating to accommodate the whole family. With 2 chairs and 2 benches at the dining room table to seat up to 8 as well as 5 seats at the bar, this Gulf Shores vacation home is perfect for getting the whole family together to enjoy a hot meal. Plus, with family time at the top of mind, Summer's Point includes 2 gulf-front decks, a beach volleyball net, and a private walkway to the beach.

Upon entry to the main floor of Summer's Point, guests are greeted to the left by sweeping views of the Gulf through the virtual wall of windows which illuminates the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with natural light. Out on the main deck, you will find various seating options as well as stairs down to the beach volleyball court and the private walkway to the beach. To the right, there is a bunk room, a king bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs includes a gulf-facing king bedroom with a private deck, a queen-appointed bedroom, and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom between them. The queen bedroom entrance has its own vanity and commode that can be closed off for even more privacy, creating its own half-bath.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome. RVs and motor homes are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. The location was perfect!! The house was clean and everything in it worked perfectly. Views of the ocean were amazing and did not disappoint! Had a little trouble communicating with the host and getting check in instructions, but overall it was a great experience and I would stay again and would encourage others to stay at this property!!

Family Vacation

From first impressions walking into the property to our walking out of the home we had an amazing time. Truly enjoyed the views, location and home. This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores and we had an amazing time. Enjoyed coffee on the deck with the beautiful views and after dinner cocktails out there as well. Thank you so much. We left the next family a little grill to enjoy burgers or s’mores. God bless

Great location on beach

The Kaiser management reps were very responsive to questions. The location on beach and cleanliness of house was great. Items for improvement include: Master bedroom mattress was very lumoy and uncomfortable, no closet in upstairs orher bedroom, no bedside lamps in downstairs bedroom, the fan remotes were not working in living room, there were alot of ants on deck and in kitchen. We left no food out and wiped counters often but still a problem. There was construction next door that was loud, the workers parked in our driveway several times blocking our entry and exit and the uostairs door locks to balciny was so rusted we struggled to ooen it. Not the quality expected for 5k spent on an iff season week but all simple things that could be improved with focused maintenance.

Amazing Place

It would be hard to find one thing to complain about although I have a one strong suggestion. An awning over the front porch to the beach would be an incredible addition. We really enjoyed the stay, everything is beautiful and clean and well equipped. The view is beautiful.

Fabulous location

Our family of 4 had a lovely spring break week here. The views and access to the beach are amazing. The beach itself was a bit populated as the public beach access is two houses away. You can see the swimming condition flag which is posted at the public access from the back deck, which was nice. We did not have any problems finding a spot for our chairs on the beach. If need be u can stake your spot in the morning right in front of the house and return to it any time you wish.There is a small dune to traverse to access the beach and ocean, no wooden deck path.Like other reviews mentioned the cookware and utensil variety is adequate. It would be nice if there was a bit more variety, perhaps a flat edged wooden spatula. Cookware is in very nice condition, and there are rubbermade style food storage containers which came in handy.No night lights in the bathrooms or in the stairs, glad I packed a few. Must bring your own beach towels.The beds were comfortable, which was surprising as you can feel the springs. Shower pressure and temperature never faltered. The house has zoned heating and A/C which is nice as the upstairs runs warmer than the downstairs. Upstairs control is in the primary bedroom.Communticatin with Kaiser property management was top notch. I emailed with questions before we left and texted the day we arrived, and their responses were prompt and friendly.

Best Beach House Stay

Beautiful home on the beach. Pictures are accurate. Rain and shine it is beautiful to watch the force of nature. Sunrises, sunsets, pelicans and dolphins. It was off season which we prefer but Gulf Shores’ restaurants and movie theater are open. Perfect for those who love the beach but not the crowds. We stayed in November. Summertime will be different.

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our weekend family vacation. The large windows give you a perfect view of the beach all day. The sand area by the volleyball net was perfect for the baby if we didn’t want to take her down to the beach because it was too windy. We will definitely be back!

Great family rental

We loved this rental! Location was perfect. The rental was clean, and the beach was just out the back door. My only suggestion would be to have some extras like salt, pepper, sugar, a few extra kitchen towels, etc. There were plenty of bathroom towels and washcloths! Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely come again.
