Come enjoy this first floor beachview condo at Las Palmas. The condo sleeps 6 with a queen in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD player, Free WiFi, washer and dryer in the unit, and high-end cotton linens.

Stop looking endlessly and book your vacation in this great 2BR/2BA Las Palmas condo. Spend a week enjoying the surf, sand and some relaxation. The Las Palmas condominiums are centrally located in Gulf Shores, to make it very convenient to get to restaurants, shops and attractions. There's so much to love at Las Palmas, unit 122. Come on down and enjoy this wonderful condo in the heart of Gulf Shores.

Complex Amenities (shared): Two outdoor pools, 2 deeded parking spots, outdoor grilling area, laundry facilities.

Please note: Las Palmas does not have an elevator. The unit is located on the first floor (not ground floor), so you will need to walk up a flight of stairs to access unit.

**Effective 5/1/24, you will be required to pay for parking upon arrival. There will be a QR code posted at the parking area for you to pay directly online. $25/per parking pass. Limit 2 cars.**

Just an okay place to stay. Furniture and mattresses need to be updated. Pool area was under maintenance construction so that was not good for our time there.

There were a few things that needed attention. The first bedroom on the right had a sinking place in the floor. The blinds in the kitchen window did not come all the way down.

Beach vacay/softball tournament

We loved the location of this property as it was very convenient to all of the restaurants and shopping, however we were very disappointed when we were told by the "guard" across the street that there was no beach access for us and we had to walk 2 blocks to the next public access since the description stated there was deeded access right across the street. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard and the noise every night was terrible. It sounded like the people above us were moving furniture at all hours. Not to mention the garbage truck coming by at 5 am. Again, the location here was key for us. The condo was just up 1 flight of stairs and overlooked the pool. I also enjoyed the beach view from the patio. Overall we would probably stay here again (and just hope the neighbors are more considerate next time) And in all fairness, we did not complain to management during our stay, just endured the noise.

vacation 2022

The property was clean and easy to find. it was what we needed. However the lamps would not work and neither did the light above the stove. Maybe they all just needed new bulbs. I like softer pillows and bed. Wish we could have used the beach access across the street instead of going down the street to the public beach in the car. But those public beaches ended up beinging the better beach for our family. Overall we would stay again.

Room and pool was clean and inviting. Beaches were great and explored sea life on beaches and pier . Businesses were pleasant to shop. Overall great experience. Would be a return vacation spot.

Spring break stay

My family stayed in GSA as my son had a baseball tourney. We liked this place because it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the traffic (vehicles and people). A little work needs to be done but overall it’s nice. The only thing I was disappointed in was I thought it had a Keurig. I ended up having to buy ground coffee and filters after I brought my own kcups.

The description says ground floor, but persons with mobility problems should note that this rental is at the top of a flight of stairs. Additionally, the beds are described as queen, but seem more like full .

Nice condo

You do hear the people outside and walking by and when sliding chairs in condo above you. The location is really convenient and your own covered parking right under condo is nice
