HOTEL on the BEACH! Fully Equipped Kitchen! Condo-style Suite!

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Such a nice quaint place. With a kitchen and a bath and a half that made it super convenient. Short walk to the beach and gorgeous views. The parking was super convenient also. We were hoping to book another night but unfortunately it was booked up. Great stay!

Location was amazing, however, that was really the only good thing. All rooms needed a serious scrubbing and updated. The tub did not drain well at all. Definitely felt dirty staying there. Also, not the owners fault, but everytime we stepped out on the balcony people on other balconies would be smoking to where we could not enjoy being outside.

Cleanliness at check-in was below par. The parking pass was supposed to be left in the room and was not. I called to get one. They transferred me a few times then told me they would call me back and never did. The fire alarm went off one Evening and the entire building had to evacuate over False alarm. With that said, we had a great time and would stay again without hesitation

Weekend at the beach

We had a wonderful time. This building is in the middle of everything and right next to a night club like venue called The Hanger. If you are wanting a quieter location they have another building further down the way. It was a great deal and having a full kitchen was wonderful
