LIVING AREA Your newly updated beach retreat offers stylish accommodations and unparalleled Gulf views! Step into the inviting open concept living, dining, and kitchen space with tile floors. Kick back on the queen sofa bed in front of a 58" 4K Roku TV with cable. Sliding glass doors open to the extended private balcony with sweeping views of the heated resort pool, beach, and glittering Gulf. Upgraded WIFI with secure connection allows for working remotely. KITCHEN & DINING The newly renovated kitchen boasts gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of gadgets, cookware, and utensils - everything needed to whip up meals or beach snacks. Dining table, pub table, and bar allow seating for 8. BED & BATH The breezy primary bedroom features a king bed with memory foam gel mattress and a 50" Fire TV with cable. Glass doors provide access to the extended balcony, and the ensuite bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed featuring brand new memory foam gel mattresses, a 50” Fire TV with cable, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Portable crib and high chair available. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS A washer/dryer is located off the kitchen for your convenience. Parking is available for two vehicles. LOCATION With the beach sprawled out before you, this Gulf Shores condo is in the best possible location for a coastal getaway. Beach bums might be content to spend their whole vacation stretched out on the sand, but local attractions and nature spots are minutes away when you’re ready to explore. Within a 6-minute drive, you can visit Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, tear down water slides and race go-karts at Waterville USA, or hike, fish, and play golf and tennis at Gulf State Park. Located just 20 minutes away from OWA, the Southeast's newest amusement park. At Tanger Outlet Foley (an 18-minute drive), shoppers can get their retail fix with brand-name and designer stores aplenty. Laid back local eateries are within walking distance. Stroll 3 minutes to Janino's Pizza, wander 10 minutes to Bahama Bob's Beach Side Cafe for Caribbean and Southern-style dishes.

Great fall break vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay here! Everything was as described. When we arrived around 5pm, we did have to wait a bit for the security guard to come give us our parking pass. We also couldn’t get into our room right away because it was still being cleaned up and swept. It wasn’t a very long wait though. Our kids loved it too and we would definitely love to come back.

Ocean house

We stayed at ocean house II. Location was fantastic. The beach view and pool area was great. The condo itself we did not use any of the amenities as we chose to eat out at the different restaurants. They did have a iron board, but no iron. No blow dryer, so would recommend if needing these items you bring with. The washer and dryer we did use and it worked fine. Overall I think this room was nice. It really could use a deep clean and some maintenance items addressed. Touch up paint, ceiling fans that have warped (still work perfectly fine) the second bedroom fan worked but the overhead light did not. They did have a basket of beach towels and board games which was a nice touch. We did not use them though. On the balcony they did have a couple beach items but they really have had their share of use. We ended up renting chairs and umbrella from Ike’s. Overall our experience was good and we would still stay here and recommend to future beach goers.

First gulf shores trip

Ideal location. Perk being on the 2nd floor( really the 1st minus parking garage) so never really had to rely on the elevator unless moving in luggage and grocery or out. Simple stairs during the week to go up or down to the pool and beach. Property kept clean with security and didn’t really hear to much commotion after 10pm. Good restaurants a short drive away and gift shops. Like most beach towns, you learn the hard way of convenience vs driving just a bit farther, the mini marts grocery/liquor stores charge 3 times as much vs just another mile up the main way in. Overall it was a good layout, pool area and beach. Bit crowded but this was a prime week with no kids in school and everyone on family vacation. Only downer is something the owners can’t control, the weather. First half was quite the show of Mother Nature. Second half we got our sun from am to pm. We are a beach and pool oriented family, if the suns out where out. I saw plenty of extra things to do around the area if you like to ride bikes, go to arcades and go carts to golf. Water parks and indoor activities. We just prefer the beach and the sun but they have it all down here. Host checked in fluently if you had questions or problems. We didn’t have any problems or complaints but they checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed it despite some weather. Great place to stay.

Beautiful ocean view! This property was exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Wonderful communication with very quick responses. Our family loved our stay. Our 5 year old especially liked the bunk bed and the easy access to the swimming pools. We would love to stay again!

Everything was fantastic with the condo.. the location, the accessibility, the decor and comfortability. I LOVED that there were beach chairs/toys/umbrellas available. Kirsten was AMAZING with communication and went above and beyond to provide us with whatever we needed. Would love to stay here again!

Condo great, property not so much

Overall it was good. Our condo that we stayed in was great. Inside the condo I would recommend more storage options for clothes and other things. In one of the rooms the closet was locked and that left us with no where to put our clothes and suitcase. Being there 7 days it was difficult trying to find outfits and keeping things organized. The major complaint that we had was the smell of the lobby and elevator. It was terrible and stayed that way the entire time. My family and I took the stairs a lot which wasn’t always easy having chairs, tents and sand stuff.

Great!

Wonderful property! You can't get closer to the beach and the views are amazing! The host was great to work with and immediately responded to a little issue we had upon check in and it was taken care of right away. They made sure to check in with us throughout the week to be sure all was well. Beds were comfortable. There were a few beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids. Parking was nice and close too. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great family stay

Place was very nice, especially the location and view from the deck. Nice chairs on the deck for coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. Kids loved the bunk room, and the king size bed was very nice and comfortable for us. Second story was great for the kids to pop down to the pool or beach and it was easy for us to keep an eye on them if needed. Pool was definitely great, and the kids spent hours in it every day (it is heated). Check in was smooth. All three tvs were nice to have, new, big and smart tvs for the whole family (family of five). The host also supplied some beach toys for the kids, as well as beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Could use a little guidance document for things like the remotes, garbage chute, good place for essentials etc. but not a real problem. Thanks for the great stay!
