Step inside to discover a spacious living area adorned with tasteful furnishings and stylish decor. The Primary suite beckons with a luxurious King bed, a walk-in closet, and private balcony access, offering panoramic views of the Gulf. Relax and rejuvenate in the ensuite bathroom, complete with modern amenities and a serene atmosphere.

The second bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation. An additional bunk room offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a convenient Full/Twin bunk bed setup, ideal for accommodating families or groups of friends.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space for all your culinary needs. Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Overall a positive experience. Great location central to a lot. The condo was overall clean with no gleaming places for improvement. The place came well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The linens were light and comfortable. Amenities were pleasant when enjoyed at the right time to avoid the crowds. I did see peopleCleaning the pools each morning which was nice.Parking was convenient and simple.Check in/check out process was very convenient.Only complaints (some as other have stated and some just minor things that could use improvement)- The fan in the master bedroom only has 1 speed it seems and it seems to be low speed. If you like air movement, would advise to bring your own fan.- The elevators are terribly crowded and can be difficult to obtain. 2 elevators for a 20 story condo does not seem to suffice. Had to wait 30 minutes to catch an elevator with enough room in it for a cart during check out hours. - The 3rd bedroom/bunk room is not as big as the photos make it to be, and there is no fan and no air vent in the room (though the host did provide a desk fan). We were hoping to be able to place our toddler’s pack n play in there for sleep but it did not fit. Over a good experience that aided in a good vacation for us with lots of memories made.

Nice roomy condo on 6th floor. Great location to get around at Gulf Shores. Elevators were slow and beach was crowded. Pools were small and shaded most of the day. Having two food trucks and Sea and Suds beside us was a plus. Liquid Life responded to our needs quickly. Security was onsite and visible which is a great comfort.

Clean unit . Nice . Beautiful view . Enough room for all of us that attended. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to prep and make meals. Lights and outlets in both bathrooms and one bedroom didn't work first day . Made calls , maintenance finally came @12 on day 2 of our 5day stay

An ‘ok’ stay.

Beds were hard, the fans did not go higher than a low setting, the toilet paper holders fell out each time you tried to use tp, there was no linen for the pull out bed and absolutely no circulation in the bunk bed room; no vents or fan. The location was great, overall not a bad stay, however definitely could use some adjustments to be made more accommodated.

October fun with my family.

My husband and I decided to invite my son and parents with us on our anniversary trip. We had such a relaxing time. The condo location was as perfect as the view. There was a slight mishap with the door code, but the management team was quick and helpful with resetting the code. The only reason I did not give five stars was due to the ice machine not working and the stove was inconsistent with heating. Otherwise, I would recommend the condo to anyone wanting a beach getaway.

Summer Vaca

Overall a nice place. We loved the splash pad and the other pool and used them everyday. Short walk down the pier right to the sandy beach. Did not realize the 3rd bedroom is a bunk room with no closet or air vent. Thankfully we had a pull out couch for them to sleep on because it was hot in that room. The ice maker was broken so we utilized the on site ice cooler but that did get a little pricey. Only other complaint is there was only 1 kitchen towel so had to wash it over and over.

Condo was as described. Wonderful view with lots of dolphins. Excellent beach access. Only negative is the wait time for elevators. Sometimes 15 to 20 minutes.

We were pleased w/ the location and the condo was very comfortable! We traveled with our 12 and 18 yr old sons and brought three of our oldest’s friends for their senior year Spring Break … the bunkbed room was quite a bit smaller than indicated in pictures which made for quite a cozy situation with four high school football players. We were able to shift sleeping arrangements and make it work comfortably, but the space would be better utilized for a smaller group (literally and physically lol). The facility was nice, management was quick to respond with any questions and the location was very convenient. The pool was quite small and we agree with previous reviews regarding the elevators but we were prepared for that aspect and didn’t mind utilizing the stairs. Overall satisfied with our stay and would recommend.

Great property and location!

We enjoyed every moment at this condo. It was centrally located near the Hangout where you could walk there. And the parasailing and banana boats were located on our beach. The beds and interior were nice, and the checkout requirements were reasonable. Whoever stays at this condo will definitely enjoy it. We will try to book this same one next year!

Not a great condo

The condo room was very nice and clean! Location was okay and check in was very easy but other than that everything was a disappointment. The parking is a nightmare. Elevators were horrible (only 2 elevators for over 20 floors). Nobody kept tabs on parking on july 4th so even though I purchased one extra parking pass for our second vehicle we could not even find one spot. When I asked if they could refund the parking pass they said that parking was not guaranteed and passes are non refundable. We kept our orange tags up in our vehicles all week when we did have parking but many cars did not have a pass visible. We came out and found a warning tab on our vehicle- not sure why not why they all of the sudden decided to check for one night of our stay. Nobody keeps a check on the required wristbands for the pool. The kiddie pool was good but the adult pool was tiny. Our chairs were stolen in the beach. We will not be staying at this location in the future.

Very good property for the whole family

We stayed at this property with no issues at all. In fact we needed to move our dates due to a hurricane displacing us for weeks and they were able to accommodate. We stayed at this property with 4 adults and 2 young children and it was great for all of us. Definitely recommend this property.

Spring break with family

The property was nice. Rooms were clean.The only complaints we had were that there are only two elevators which were very crowded, and that there were more college students than families at the property which made it hard to get into the hot tub, pool, or to find quiet space on the beach with appropriate behavior for young children. I would not attend again during spring break.
