Located on the 14th floor, this condo boasts panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, providing a breathtaking backdrop for your stay. Step inside and discover a beautifully appointed living space, where modern comforts and coastal elegance come together seamlessly.

The Primary suite is a true haven of relaxation, featuring a plush King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. Step out onto the balcony and take in the stunning views as you listen to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The private bath offers a serene retreat with its luxurious amenities.

The second bedroom offers another comfortable sleeping option with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beachside fun. Meanwhile, the bunk room is perfect for the kids, with a cozy Twin bunk bed providing a fun and cozy sleeping space.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Great Location

Overall the condo was nice. It is however on the end and is curved away from the beach. The view off the balcony is very limited to the right. A full length mirror would have been nice. Easy check in and out. It is in a great location.

Overall, the unit met all of our expectations. Good location, easy walk to the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants. Room had a good amount of dog hair on the floor upon our arrival. The bedrooms did not have the hair and the place was quite clean besides that. I’d definitely book again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Back to school relaxation

The property was as advertised and very nice! Clean and well maintained with great appliances and amenities. One minor thing it needs is a Keurig coffee maker. Brought our pods and had to go buy coffee and filters. Management checked on us daily through text to make sure we were good. The splash pad for the kids was huge and access to the beach was great! We will definitely stay again!

Check in and out was beyond awful

We got to the property at 3pm for a 3pm checkin. I called the number given to me at 310 asking when the room would be ready, they let me know that it needed to be inspected. Finally the inspector came but their door code didn’t work. My door code didn’t work. We finally got a code at 450. Almost 2 hours after we arrived. No one apologized to us for the inconvenience, they seemed frustrated that I was asking when we would be able to go inside, since we had perishables. The mattress should be replaced in the master bedroom, there was a sinking feeling the whole time, the floors were covered in sand and the shower needs to be repaired. Throughout our stay BOTH elevators broke multiple times, people were stranded on them constantly. One was completely broken the whole time. Finally when we were trying to leave, it took us over 2 hours to get down the elevator. I went and talked to the guard about being stuck on the 9th floor and he said we just had to wait for the elevator to reset itself, which it never did. Finally my boyfriend figured out that the door needed to be pushed closed from the outside. Very frustrating all around. I wouldn’t stay here if there is a big event going on.
