Everything is brand new in this beautiful DIRECT GULF AND BEACH FRONT 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium, located at SUGAR BEACH, in the heart of ORANGE BEACH! New Master Bedroom furniture as of January 2025! Indulge in the sounds of the ocean waves piercing the white landscape as you relax from the private balcony of this completely remodeled and refurnished unit! We will supply you all the luxury you will need for your memorable vacation in this beautifully appointed maintaining the comforts of home.

This stunning unit features:

*Completely modern living room boasts a 42” LCD Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, queen sofa sleeper, and comfortable side chairs. Enjoy the Gulf view as you relax in this new living room!

*Tranquil Seaside Master Bedroom-New Furniture as of January 2025 -magnificent Gulf view, complete with its own bathroom, super-comfy king sized bed, designer furniture and bedding, 32” LCD Flat Screen TV with a DVD player. The master bath shower was enlarged as a part of the renovation and includes a rain shower.

*Relax in our private Guest Bedroom with all new furniture and bed linens, super-comfy twin sized beds which can be converted to a king size bed, 26” LCD Flat Screen TV with a DVD player. Take a break from the beach and watch a movie in this guest room.

*Gourmet Kitchen features Electric Stove top and oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, & a bar open to the kitchen with four person seating. Cookware, glasses, and appliances are new. Dining Area will accommodate 4 additional people.

Orange Beach 2025

We enjoyed this co do so much! It's location wasnear wverything important, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. & was just steps from the beach! I side the condo had everything we needed for a perfect weeks stay. We will return!

We had a wonderful week at the Sugar Beach Condominiums. The unit was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and so was the couch. The washer and dryer were an added luxury for the week with helping take care of our family. The location is perfect and the balcony was very large size. My son enjoyed the pools and snack shack. The only negative was the closest elevator was down for repairs which were completely out of the owners control. We highly recommend this unit and owners!!

We came to see Red Clay Strays. Absolutely phenomenal. Unit was perfect. Weather was great. Everyone had a great time. One suggestion-extra garbage bags would have been nice!

One of our favorites at Sugar Beach

10th year at Sugar Beach for fall break and first in this unit. Nicely updated kitchen and baths, nice appliances and well appointed kitchen. Put a king size bed in the master and this unit would be perfect. Hope it’s available when we come back!

Fantastic family friendly spot

We’ve stayed at Sugar Beach for several years but this was our first time in 141 and it was one of the best. The view was great and the owners of this unit made several updates that made the stay even better.

Room 141 Sugar Beach Condominium

Overall the stay was nice. The location of this room to the pool and beach was great and only one floor up, considering the building was down to one working elevator. The condo was furnished nicely and we had plenty of room. The view was absolutely amazing. Few complaints: Being this close to the pool made it hard to sleep at night due to the kids in the pool screaming and playing. The master bed door access to the balcony was very hard to open so we only used the main living area entrance. Some of the fixtures are dated with some mold showing such as the master bed sink faucet and the master shower corners. Sugar beach condos used to offer a trash shoot from each floor however this was not available, now you have to walk your trash all the way to the main hwy. Little inconvenient when your room is on the other side the. Overall it was a nice stay just the condo building itself is really dated.

This is a great spot with a good view! The building on the outside/hallways need work, but the condo inside was clean, very nice, and easy to get to car from park lot. You are steps away from the pools and beach.

Great time at sugar beach.

Parking and check in was easy and convenient. The facilities are a bit dated but get the job done. The condo is very well furnished, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well accompanied for any needs during the stay. Beach access is easy, and the 4 pools make for comfortable swimming when you want to get out of the sand. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place

The communication with the owners was great, accurate with quick responses. The condo itself was updated as the pictures show. It really was a great little place even with our family of 5. (Kids 13, 7, 5) Parking under the building was easy even with a large vehicle. Snack shack was awesome. Proximity to beach was a very short and easy walk. This unit is on the first floor so it is closest to the pool… not necessarily a drawback but it can get a little loud in the later evening. Security seemed to do a good job of shutting it down around pool closing time of 11 pm tho. Bathrooms and bedrooms were plenty big enough for us. TV’s in both worked well. Doors to balcony are very difficult to open and close but still worked. Really is a great condo. The only drawback is the property itself. It is older, which is fine, but it needs some proper maintenance. Just a coat of paint would make it feel less like a basement in the hallways. The decks around the pools are in pretty rough shape, felt several weak spots and it needs stripped and resurfaced. Some of the concrete steps were broken, pipes in the hallways have their covers ripped and tattered. It’s the property that caused the one star deduction, not the unit or the owners. Those were both great and we did have an excellent stay! If we come back to Orange Beach this condo would be on our list of options.
