Searching for your lost shaker of salt? You may just find it here in this updated two bedroom/two bath condo located on the quiet side of West Beach Blvd! Gulf Shores has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and they are located just steps away from Sea Breeze condos.

This fun and affordable beach condo has all the conveniences of home with washer/dryer, granite countertops, tile flooring, two queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. Just around the corner is Pier 33 Convenience Store that has everything from A to Z. It is also just one mile from restaurants, shopping, live music, and entertainment for all ages!

The Sea Breeze building has dedicated parking with upgraded security lighting and is equipped with two elevators that drop you off within a few steps of the front door of this condo. The beautiful pool area has plenty of seating, a gazebo where you can gather for a picnic with family and friends, and palm trees in the courtyard that give you the feeling of being in a tropical oasis! It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Dedicated beach access(sand path) adds to the convenience of this great property.

Track Meet 2022

Our condo was in a great location. The parking was lacking as we only had one spot and it was across the complex from our room. Also, there weren’t many dishes/ glasses. We were unable to find the bathtub stoppers to take a bath. Though the beach access was a bit of a hike, The place was clean and conveniently located.

Great Value and Location

Check-in experience was somewhat disorganized. We arrived a couple hours after our check-in time and located the place we were told packet would be at. Our packet was there, but there was no key or key code for access to the room. It was a good thing that management staff was still on site to get this for us. We arrived on a Saturday and the town was very busy, as was this complex. Parking is assigned and numbered according to the unit number, but there doesn’t seem to be any numbering system as all the spots are laid out randomly. Parking rules also don’t seem to be enforced despite the threat of your vehicle being towed according to our parking permit. We had to park in a different spot than our assigned spot for the first couple nights we were there due to someone else being parked in our numbered spot. Our unit was ready for us when we arrived, however there was still a good amount of sand on the floors and dishes in the dishwasher. The unit overall was as pictured and furnished nicely. We quickly found the beach access, which was just a short walk across the street, and made good use of that. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

I think every condo is owned by different ppl. But 117 is awesome. Great location, parking space could’ve been closer to condo but overall this place is great
