Beautiful Condo. Beautiful Beach. Beautiful Pool, Great Sunshine, Tons of Seafood, or most anything else Gulf Shores has to offer.
Open dates for this 2026 Spring and Summer.
If you are a Snowbird, we'd love to have you as our Guest. Our condo is available for the 2027 season.

Just renovated very clean, nicely appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom. New Bedroom Furniture and Mattresses. Only a Few Steps to the Pool. 1.2 miles to the Beach. Parking just outside the door. Perfect for Family Vacation, Getaway with Friends, Romantic Weekend, or one of the many festivals at Gulf Shores. Just a couple blocks off Route 59 and Gulf Shores Parkway. Just a few blocks away are Lulu's, Tacky Jack's, and The Hangout. This condo is in a great location, first floor and overlooking the pool. Steps from the parking lot to the front door.

The Alabama Gulf Coast of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have 32 miles of pristine white sand beaches. and 10 public access points. The main Gulf Shores public access beach is at the end of Highway 59 with parking, restrooms, showers, and lifeguards during the summer. The Sportsplex is 4.1 miles away.

Great Place!

The condo was better than expected! It was super clean with comfortable beds and lots of room. It's been well maintained and the pool is right off the back porch which our kids loved. It's located centrally near Walmart, Publix, restaurants, shopping and the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and Gail is great at giving you all the information you need in advance. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!!!

Great Condo! Great Pool access!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! The condo was perfect for our needs and being steps away from the pool was so great for our toddler. The grounds were all very neatly kept and the condo itself was very clean and the a/c worked great! The owner was super responsive and helpful. You can also get to Walmart and to Duck's Diner without even having to get on the main highway in traffic. Will definitely be looking at this condo again for our next visit.

Family Trip

The property was very clean and lots of families. It was mostly quiet. If you're sensitive to noises, being on the bottom floor is not a great choice because people walking above you. And make sure you bring trash bags and laundry pods. The only trash bag was the one in the can and there are zero laundry pods provided. The beds are very comfy. The communication with the property owner was great. Our overall experience was very good.

We love this place

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed at Gail and Jackie’s property. Gail was accommodating in us moving our dates some because my mom passed away. We plan on staying here many more times in the future. The pool is my favorite part.

Lovely condo that was as clean as any I have rented over the past 10 years of regular travel and VRBO rentals. Beds were comfortable and it has very cute decor. All communication with the property managers was exceptional. Thanks!

Gulf shore getaway

Stayed the week over the 4th of July. Area of course was crowded but this condo gave us a reprieve. Close enough to go do all the things but not right in the middle of the crowds. Pool was great and accommodations were really nice. Would love to stay again

Clean and Comfortable...as always!

We stayed here last year and did not hesitate to book it again this year durung our son's Gulf Coast baseball tournaments. Love the cleanliness, comfort, and easy access to pool. This year we also took advantage of the bbq area and were leasantly suprised to find it had lights and a large fan on timer!

Clean, comfortable, perfect location

The condo was clean and welcoming, and cool on arrival! The description is accurate. Location is great. Close to local stores, beach, attractions and off the main road. The pool is literally steps from the oversized patio. Community is quiet. The beds were so comfortable, we actually were able to get good sleep. The owners were quick to respond to my messages. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Amazing Stay

The condo was fabulous! We came from Pennsylvania to Alabama for softball. Each family from the team all rented a condo at the Dolphin Villas. The pool was great and the pavillion was great for team dinners. It was so nice to be in this location instead of a hotel! It felt more like home and was spacious enough if another family wanted to come say hi. Would definitely recommend the Villas, and would stay there again if in the area!

Quiet place

We loved this property. It was quiet and not alot of people wondering around late and making noise. It was very clean and we were not too far from the beach and parkway. We had everything we needed in our little condo. It was also decorated very beautifully. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice place to stay around the Gulf Shores area.

Together Again

We hosted our 36th family reunion in Gulf Shores. Our family stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites and we rented the Beach Pavilion and the Gulf Shores Activity Center. The condo is centrally located to all of the venues we used. The weekend was exhausting but the villa was relaxing and the beds were extremely soothing to our tired bodies. We will visit again.

Getaway

This property is in a central location to Walmart, McDonalds, Hope's Cheesecake, Lickin Good Donuts, Tacky Jacks, and a short drive to the beach or Gulf State Park. This was a well maintained property and I have already shared with friends for their future getaways.
