Take a stroll in the heart of Gulf Shores to amazing restaurants and shopping!
A Wave From It All is located on the 8th floor and offers guest a spacious 3 bed, 2 bath DIRECT GULF FRONT condo w/1200sf of direct waterfront views!
Our kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless Appliance package, granite countertops, breakfast bar with 3 stools and a gorgeous view of the Gulf! Dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cookware & utensils, small appliances are provided. Gather around the dining table for 4 (fold out the leave for 2 more guest)
The gulf front balcony offers guest a lounger, 2-top table and 2 adirondack chairs creating a perfect gulf front spot for napping, reading a book and spending time with family and friends!
The living room offers guest with cozy NEW furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the gulf front balcony!
The master suite offers guest a king, luxury linens, TV, private access to the balcony, private bath, ceiling fan, phone charging station on the night stands and charming coastal accents.
The guest bedroom is for the kiddo's having a twin over full bunk, coastal accents and TV (sleeping 3).
The guest bath also has the tub/shower combo.
The 3rd guest bedroom offers guest with a queen, private bath, ceiling fan, TV and luxury linens.

Beach Services: beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through Suncoast Beach Services with 1 day rental up to 6 day rentals (pricing subject to change).Aqua Vacations will be more than happy to secure your Beach Service prior to your arrival.
Each night after sunset, any personal items left on the beach are removed.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner

HOUSE RULES: Guest are emailed the Rental Agreement by Docusign and must be signed and filed by Primary Renter before Check-In Instructions are released. Guest responsible for Check-out procedures & leaving property in reasonable condition. NO Smoking/Vaping (Outside only). No animals/pets-NO EXCEPTIONS. No Parties-only registered guests allowed on property. Primary renter must be 25y/o & remain present for the duration of stay. Primary renter is responsible for group. $95 Damage waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
Should any Aqua Vacations guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us so that we may send our Guest Ambassador to take care of the issue immediately!

Seawinds on the Gulf

The condo was true to the listing. Great view from the balcony, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property, Seawinds, only has 2 elevators which made travel up and down difficult and we were often left to use the stairs. Additionally, the balcony could use a power washing.

Great place

Everything was just as shown. It was the perfect condo! There is only 2 elevators so sometimes you had to wait a bit but we werent in hurry to go anywhere. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Great condo and location

We had a great week in this unit. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals. We also had plenty of towels and linens. The view was exceptional as well! The WiFi password that was displayed in the kitchen was wrong so we were without WiFi for a couple of days. When I called Monday, they provided me with the correct password. Also, the tv in the bunk room did not work. Other than that, the condo was perfect for us! We had zero issues with parking, which I was worried about. Found 2 spaces easily each time we entered the garage. The elevators were a challenge. We encountered lines and long waits daily. I would stay here again for the price we paid! Great experience.

Great stay

Check in was so easy. Communication before our stay was wonderful and helpful. The condo was everything we expected and more! Great view, poops were perfect for the kids. Close to restaurants and stores.

Perfect location

This property was in a great location, right across the street from a little store should we need ice or a quick grocery run! It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! The only thing I didn’t love, which had nothing to do with the condo itself was the splash pad. We booked this specific condo for the splash pad for my one year old but the bottom of the pool was so rough that it was scraping her little knees. Would love if Sea Wind could have it refinished to be a bit smoother in a spot where little ones are crawling. We stopped going to the splash pad after 2 days for that reason. Otherwise, Sea Wind, particularly A Wave from it All we’re wonderful and we will return!

Elevator/Handicapped

Parking was horrible for handicap. Not enough of them and difficult to get out because of small spaces. Elevator was broke sometimes and had to walk up and down stairs. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed especially for the elderly and handicapped.

Tolerable, but we won’t be back.

Our vacation was not ruined or anything that significant, but we won’t be back for a 3rd stay at Seawind. Inside: The elevators are a nightmare. We waited 20 minutes one day only to give up and climb down 8 floors. There is NOT enough parking for the complex. We supposedly had 2 spots with our rental, but struggled every time to even find one spot. And the spots are TINY! Don’t expect to park AND be able to exit your vehicle. Our master toilet was acting funny from the time we arrived and by the second day, it was completely clogged….so 6 people were down to sharing one bathroom. I messaged on Monday and was assured someone would come look at it. Never saw anyone. I messaged again on Tuesday to see if they were coming. They did, but didn’t do more than plunge it like we already had, so it was not fixed. Claimed it was an issue with the whole building and that they would contact building maintenance, but we never heard from anyone after that. They continued this excuse when we called back on Thursday, which during this conversation my boyfriend is obviously irritated at this point and was either accidentally or purposely disconnected, but no one bothered to call us back. We finally checked with building maintenance ourselves on Thursday to see what the deal was…they knew nothing about any issues and said it was the rental company’s responsibility since it was inside the condo, so they had made up that excuse apparently. When we called the rental company back AGAIN, they had a plumber scheduled to come that day. He did come pretty promptly and it worked perfectly fine after that. But we had gone FOUR DAYS of our seven day vacation with one bathroom. Outside: the beach is gross. Leave only footprints is BS. There were (the same) abandoned beach chairs by the walkways all week, trash on the walkways and by the shower areas off the beach left for DAYS, and various trash and items left all over the beach…beer bottles, forgotten flip flops, clothes, beach toys, and something that looked like a tourniquet. Gross. We never saw anyone sweep, rake or work on the beach at all. We enjoyed our vacation despite all of this, but we will definitely be picking a different location next year.

Perfect place to stay

Beautiful view from the balcony, very clean, and plenty of beds and rooms for my 4 kids and the wife and I. This place is close to everything. My kids won't stop talking about how much fun they had at the beach, pool, and hot tub. We also arrived very late and they had everything we needed waiting for us on the table.. We will definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Check in was easy and great communication with management company leading up to arrival day. The condo was spotless when we arrived and was well stocked with everything we needed as far as linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. I especially loved the full sized laundry room. We were able to keep our sandy items there to drastically reduce the amount of sand we tracked everywhere else. As others have said the elevators can get annoying at peak times, but they had building employees riding them and keeping them moving pretty smoothly at the busiest times of day. The only other issue, which is out of anyone's control, is the parking garage. It is super tight so be prepared if you have a larger vehicle. There are open parking spaces outside of the garage, but there is maintenance on the exterior of the building and construction workers had a large portion of that parking closed off. Just a minor annoyance to be aware of! Overall it was one of our favorites we've stayed in. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance so another major plus!

Pool

Pool was closed on arrival. Never opened , due to roofers working all week everyday 745am to 6pm . Happened to be directly across from our 8th floor condo. I specifically called to assure pool was open and was told yes. Never would have booked without the pool. Ends up the gulf was closed all week because of wind. So couldnt do any water all week. Pretty upset. Feel i should be reimbursed for not having access to the pool. I did contact the condo so we will see qhat happens. Also painters got paint all over my car painting in the windy conditions. Not sure how i will handle that either

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this Seawind condo! Everything was just as described on the website. Very clean and the decor was beautiful! Great communication with the property owners and sales group. Loved being by our favorite restaurant Sea-n-suds! Will definitely plan to stay again!
