Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with cozy linens and beachy décor.
Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin-size bed—great for kids or shared sleeping arrangements.

BOTTOM LEVEL
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with plush bedding and restful tones.
Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed perfect for kids or younger guests.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space for added flexibility.
Kitchen & Dining (Both Levels): Each level features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and island seating. Enjoy meals together indoors or dine outside by the pool.
Outdoor Living: Relax on the deck overlooking the pool and hot tub, or lounge in the sun by the backyard.
Parking: Room for up to 4 vehicles onsite.
Dog-Friendly: Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 40 lbs each). $500 pet fee applies—please notify us after booking to add the fee.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years old to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: DOG FEE is $500 - Two (2) dogs max, weight of each dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is NOT included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.***

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
