Perfect condo for all your needs

This condo was very clean and close by everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our 1st stay in the area. It fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Value

Our unit apartment was wonderful. Cute, clean and had everything we needed. We were right next to the softball field complexes. The pool was great, but the lawn maintenance was not the best. I think you need to update the property photos, as the complex is under construction right now and many units are being worked on. Plus, the picture of the Colony Club sign on VRBO is misleading because that is at another entrance that did not lead to our units. Other than that, we enjoyed our unit and it was great!

Nice 2 bedroom

Perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). I liked that this property was in the back and close to the pool. We stayed for 11 nights for baseball tournaments and had a great time.

Property looked nice and just as advertised

They were doing some remodeling at the complex by replacing siding on the buildings, which threw us off at first. However, the inside of the property was just as advertised in the pictures, which was an absolute relief. We enjoyed our time at the property.

Great Location

The location of the condo was so close to everything! It was our first time to Gulf Shores, and it did not disappoint! Communication with the property manager was super easy and very prompt. Check in and check out were made simple. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the condo it definitely needs a good deep cleaning, I don’t want to pay a cleaning fee and have cob webs everywhere and filthy area rugs. The other complaint is the kitchen supplies, the reason we rented a condo was the fact we could cook meals at home..well there was one frying pan, and one sauce pan, so it was almost impossible to cook with the limited utensils. Besides my few complaints, our vacation was very nice! The pool was great, the beaches are beautiful, the complex was quiet and everyone was very friendly.

Best Vacay EVER!!!!

The condo was just what the doctor ordered!! The place was beautiful and very "homey" . There were 5 of us that stayed comfortably and relaxed after playing ball all day in Foley!!

Great location!

The condo was great. It was clean and very spacious for our family. The property manager was always available when we had questions. We were here for a softball tournament and the location of the condo was half way to the field and the beach. Will definitely be back!
