Corner unit with great beachfront views

Clearwater 4D is located on East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama, making it the beach-side charmer you’ve been looking for! This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size bed in the guest room. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and bunk beds in the hallway (bunk beds not suitable for adults, kids only please!). With three TVs, two DVD players and dedicated WiFi, you will be able to stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Take time to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from your private beach front balcony. With a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer you can keep the amenities and ease of home while you are away.

Clearwater is a low density complex with beautiful beach front location making beach access a breeze. Other amenities of this location are an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, and an elevator for ease of access within the building. Clearwater is right near the Gulf State Park and less than a mile from The Hangout and public beaches. With the Gulf State Park being just down the road, you have access to beautiful hiking and biking nature trails, golf, the 1,540 ft fishing pier and many other things! This spot gives you the feeling of calm, quiet and seclusion but with quick and easy access to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Everything was wonderful except previous renter put food encrusted dishes in cupboard to save needing to wash. Quite disgusting., but I don’t expect housekeeping to go through cupboard to check, i expect previous tenants to do what is asked by VBRO.Great location and great views, great beachWould recommend a paint job on building to liven it up a tad. Fix elevator button and floor lights Overall a very nice place

Review

Unit smelled musty and was not clean, tile grout was black, if you walk barefoot in the unit your feet will turn black, unit needs to be updated, carpet in bedrooms??, dirty carpet in restroom, wifi was not working when we got there because electrical breaker was tripped. the only thing good about this unit was the view. definitely not worth the price we were charged. definitely will not visit here again.

Beach Getaway

Ultimately, we liked the location of the condo. The only complaint I had with the condo is the floors were dirty in the bathroom and bedroom. Everything else was fine. The condominium building is older and smaller but that was actually great because it left plenty of space on the beach for family and friends. You are not packed in like sardines. The condo unit itself gave us plenty of room and it’s a nice size. We met a lot of other nice families there. Lizzie with Bender Realty was great.

Great little ocean front condo

Condo was just as described. Loved the fact that it’s a smaller building. Parking was not an issue, nor was waiting for an elevator. There’s a place to store your beach chairs, toys, etc just inside the parking garage. We had a great vacation and the condo was perfect for our needs!

All and all a decent place

For having such a high fee for cleaning, it was not that clean. Clothes were still in dresser and under the beds and dressers were very dirty with socks, empty plastic bottles, etc... Location is nice and quiet being away from all the shops, but not too far away. An overall decent place.

Smelled damp and musty. Outside of building is in poor shape, crumbling and falling apart. Pool wasn’t inviting, no bathrooms by pool. Inside needs to be updated, tub didn’t drain.

Clearwater - great location on beach!

Condo was clean, great location, easy to check-in, and enjoyed the beautiful beach! Fan cover missing in master bath, toilet kept running in 2nd bathroom, and mattresses not too comfortable. Didn’t care for the rental chair company taking all the good spots on the beach close to the condo. Otherwise, would choose Clearwater again!

Great little condo for a small family of 3. Beds are just ok. Everything was sparkling clean and the complex was quiet. Property manager responded immediately to any issues/requests. Kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are dated but functional. We will be booking this condo again.

Pleased with Clearwater 4D

Clearwater 4D was very clean and neat upon arrival. We have often stayed along this stretch of beach. Thanks for the little packet with the little bath/hand soap. There was an issue with ceiling fan pull-chains in one bedroom and in the living area. Seems that the chain had worn its groove in the fixture to the point that it was locked on one speed and could not be turned off except by the wall switch (which, unfortunately, turned off the lights on that particular fan). Not a major problem, but may prove a nuisance for future guests.

Cute but small

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated but was much smaller than it appears in the online photos. The location was good for our agenda but the entrance was easy to miss due to lack of signage. The reality company and booking process was very easy to work with and responsive.

Great place for a last minute getaway

The condo was perfect for a last minute getaway. It was cheaper than a few of the other places we've stayed before, but in the same area of Gulf Shores. Eventhough GS is still recovering from the hurricane, the condo was obviously well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

Last minute trip!

We loved this property, the location, ease of stay, space inside the condo.... all worked very well for our family! The only issues we encountered were with WiFi and we couldn’t work the TVs (besides the one we could in the living room!!). But we were able to find some WiFi nearby to solve that! We would stay here again in the future.
