Condo is clean, spacious and the view is breathtaking. Conveniently located for great shopping and dining. Mary is the BEST host we have ever worked with. We have been coming to Orange Beach for thirty years and this unit and host are by far the very best!

Can’t beat the views or location. The property has nice pools and a decent gym. My only gripe is the lack of cleaning supplies and personal care items. I.e. soap, shampoo, hairdryer, toilet paper, one packet of laundry detergent, only two garbage bags, things like that. They require a 7 day to stay but they do not supply the basics for the week.

This place was awesome. Spacious and every thing we could have needed was there. Mary the host communicated with us very quickly if we had any questions. Only drawback of the condo was the king size bed in the master bedroom, the mattress was VERY hard. So we slept on sofa some. the location, and the pool and pool area was big and great as well.

The best on the beach

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Admiral’s Quarters. Mary is delightful to work with. Although everything was PERFECT, the lines of communication were comfortably open. (Although we didn’t need anything). Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and WOW what a closet full of beach supplies, from chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon and more. We were not disappointed. Look forward to another stay someday. Bring your swimsuit, beach towel, a change of clothes and sunscreen. It’s all you’ll need. Thank you Mary!

We had a wonderful vacation and loved this condo! It’s in a perfect location on Orange Beach with a great balcony to enjoy all the views. Mary was a great host and the condo was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The condo complex has a great pool and staff that work there. Everyone is super friendly, they keep the lobby clean, and the pool always has chairs available. We loved the Orange Beach area as it was just as nice as Destin’s beach but nowhere near as crowded. We loved that we had plenty of room to bring beach chairs to the beach and the beach wasn’t overtaken by the chairs and umbrellas that you have to rent like in the Destin area. Mary has a wonderful supply of beach chairs, toys, beach wagon, etc. which was great not to have to pack all that to enjoy the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Spacious accommodations!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! Condo is clean and spacious, has everything you need. Loved having the ice maker in the room. Also my husband and I slept so good! Mattress in the master was so comfortable to us that Mary sent us the link where she ordered it.Mary is a lovely person, responds to messages quickly, and wants to ensure her guests have a pleasant vacation. Hope to visit again!

We loved this unit! The owner communicated everything clearly and made it so easy for us to contact her if there had been any issues (there weren’t!) The beds were comfortable and the couch was too, the kitchen was well stocked and we loved having a keurig and a regular coffee pot. It was so nice having access to the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and toys. We flew down so the amount of that kind of thing we could bring was limited and it always feels so wasteful to buy it and throw it away. One note if you are a light sleeper and not a morning person, the blinds in the master bedroom do not block a ton of light, so I found myself up earlier than expected each day, but it we nice to see the beach early in the morning and to make the most of the day, so I didn’t mind it!

Spring Beach Break

This is our 2nd time to stay at this awesome property. Mary is an amazing host and does not miss a detail from booking, to checking in and check out. She is the most thorough, detailed host. I’m sure she is great if you have issues, but we’ve never had even the smallest issue while staying at her property. The location is perfect, the condo is lovely and the view is beautiful. Admirals Quarters is a great condo with many amenities and the parking is great. We will continue to stay at Mary’s when visiting Orange Beach.

A little piece of paradise

We had a great relaxing vacation. They had reserved parking space, bar ice maker, and a wagon to take our stuff to the beach. So easy! They communicated easily. We will definitely be back!

We’ve been coming to OBA for a few years now. This year we also celebrated our best friends’ daughter’s wedding. The condo was perfect for us and our friends. It’s very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials. No complaints at all. Condo was very clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great condo wiht plenty of space

This condo was exactly what we expected from the listing. The owner communicated nicely with questions before we booked and throughout the process and our stay. We made her aware of a few maintenence issues and she quickly addressed those and apologized although none of it negatively impacted our stay. The condo is plenty large enough for our family of four and the large balcony was a favorite spot among us. The overall property was nice and the covered reserved parking spot was a nice bonus.
