  • About this space
    Steps from the beach and the lagoon, this property offers it all. Lagoon Run 307 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
    The space
    Boaters are welcome! The property features a private boat launch, boat trailer parking, and a boat slip for your use. There's an outdoor swimming pool, barbeque area and private pier to the lagoon. Across the street you have private access to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

    Unit 307 has a contemporary coastal feel, from the large flat screen TV in the living room, to the seating for 10 in the rustic dining area and bar. There is a fully stocked kitchen, which will allow you to cook your favorite meal. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, and a full bath. There is a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a loft that serves as a 3rd bedroom. Upstairs in the loft there is another seating area with a TV and sleeper sofa. The loft features 2 twins and a tv.
    This condo is a top floor, corner unit facing the Gulf side of the building. The balcony is spacious at 600 sqft with a wrap around feature. It has plenty of seating for guest and a porch swing to relax and hear the waves crashing on the beach. The condo has everything you will need for a carefree vacation. Full sized washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience and free Wi-Fi is also available, so don't forget your tablets and laptops.



    Additional Information:
    Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
    Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
    The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, toilet tissue , trash bags and paper towels.

Great location for a family. Access to lagoon and beach, as well as swimming pool and dock. Enjoyed by grandparents, parents, teenager and 10 year old.

Great stay overall! We did not have a remote to the master bedroom TV. So we were unable to use it. Minor inconvenience. Also their is no tv at all in the guest room just a FYI, if your like me thinking all the bedrooms have a TV. The loft bedroom has a tv. Great view and location! Happy with our stay overall! Would definitely stay again!!

My family enjoyed staying here. Wonderful views and fun fishing at the bay. Jim is a great host and always responded quick to any question we had. We will definitely love to stay here again.

The property was exactly how it was pictured. The view and the location were amazing. Literally walk across the road and you’re at the beach. I tried contacting the host several times about getting a second parking permit. Never heard back just got their automated messages. The floors definitely need to be cleaned a bit more. The master bath needs a new shower head and it needs to be unclogged. Besides a few minor issues it was a great stay.

Amazing Place to Stay!

Absolutely had a blast staying here, perfect distance away from the chaos and the listing was better than I expected. The smell of cleanliness immediately upon entering the rental was crazy, will 100% stay here again if we are in Gulf Shores.

World Series tournament

Location was perfect for bay and beach. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, plan on checking out some of his other properties! Wonderful stay!

Location is ideal with access to the beach. Spacious rooms. The elevator was great for hauling all our luggage. The private pier on the lagoon was ver nice and we enjoyed that. The view of the gulf from the balcony was great. Only thing we noticed was that the floors must not have been mopped recently. Our feet and so ks would get dirty walking around the unit. It was not the end of the world and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Nice place to just hang out on the beach that wasn't crowded. We had a good time. Also liked lagoon out back and the little pool.

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It had an amazing view from the living room of the Ocean. It was spacious and home feeling. Owner was very nice and helpful. Plan on going again next time we decide to go to Gulf shore.

Wife and I honeymooned and it could not have been any more perfect!! Everything was absolutely perfect and definitely already planning return trip next year. Wedding Weekend

This was the second time to stay in this condo. Really good location and steps from the beach. Our youngest son and his new bride got married across the road on the beach and it worked out perfect for us to stay here again.

Spring Break

Condo was great, had plenty of room for our family of 5. It was a nice quite location away from the crowd, yet just a short drive away. Easy beach access just across the street. Would definetly stay here again.

Awaited vacation

This is my 2nd year staying at lagoon run in Gulf shores. Was definitely worth it. Amazing place to stay, with amazing sights. People, and owners. Already planning a 3rd trip. Amazing stay and amazing time.
