This 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo on the 10th floor offers stunning views of sugar-white sands and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. With comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, and unbeatable on-site amenities—including a beachfront pool, BBQ area, and the beloved Sea-N-Suds restaurant—this condo is the ideal spot for making unforgettable beach memories.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
This 2 bedroom gulf front condo on the 10th floor is in the heart of Gulf Shores and has an amazing view of the pearly white sand. Enjoy the view of the beach from the cozy living room featuring a flat screen television and two recliners to help you kick back and relax. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all the essentials needed to make a delicious home cooked meal. There is seating for 6 people at the dining table and additional seating for 4 people at the breakfast bar.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Enjoy the unobstructed views from the primary bedroom which has a king size bed and a private primary bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has queen size bed and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this condo to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. There is a full guest bath with a tub/shower combo in the hall.

FREE parking - 2 car maximum.

This beautiful Gulf Shores vacation rental is packed with amenities designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip in the shared pool, perfect for cooling off after a day on the sand. The outdoor pool is heated seasonally in the spring for March and April and in the fall mid-September through the end of October, each year. Fire up the grill in the outdoor BBQ area for a classic Gulf Coast cookout. Unwind on your private balcony with a drink in hand as you take in the stunning Gulf views and the sound of crashing waves. Whether you're enjoying a meal outdoors, lounging by the pool, or simply soaking up the scenery, this rental offers the perfect mix of comfort and coastal charm. You can enjoy on-site dining at Sea-N-Suds, a popular seafood spot that serves up delicious dishes to both locals and vacationers alike.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Boardwalk is a timeless Gulf Shores tradition. The 70 unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions, entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

The condo exceeded our expectations!! Only piece of advice is if you plan to cook, you need to buy any basic necessities (salt, pepper, oil, etc); also buy extra rolls of TP!

Beautiful view

I chose this place because it had the best price for the view. The view was amazing and sitting out on the deck every morning was refreshing. The only reason I give it a three star is because the furnishings weren’t in the best shape. I also didn’t like being threatened to be charged if my room smelled like cigarette smoke. I don’t smoke and everyone around us was smoking and not just cigarettes, so we couldn’t have to doors open. Plus the fact that I had my little girl with me and had to multiple times ask her to come inside, so she wouldn’t learn about alternative ways of smoking. They need to make harsher rules about smoking or don’t threaten the occupants.

Great View Dirty Condo

We come to Gulf Shores every spring break, we will not stay here or anywhere managed by Youngs Suncoast again. We were told we could check-in early for a small fee, so we bought groceries including refrigerator/freezer items after a 13hr drive & once we arrived we were told that was not available. We had to return cold items to the grocery store, which was not a great start for vacation. Nice condo, but the rental cleaning crew did a horrible job. Dirty rugs, dirty blankets with crusty stains, tile floors were so dirty that I went and bought a mop & floor cleaner. The pool had NO RESTROOM which is absolutely ridiculous, especially for little ones... on a positive note, the condo's view is fabulous & we had great weather ♡

Wonderful!

Lovely condo, right on the beach. Beautiful view, close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Nicely furnished, staff are delightful. Loved our stay and will be back again!
