Our spacious 1,100 sq. ft. beachfront condo, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located in Central Gulf Shores, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. We have just installed beautiful new flooring throughout the condo—there is no carpet in our unit. Guests will receive check-in details three days before arrival.
You will enjoy direct beach views from all windows and doors. Our condo is on the fourth floor, and there are two fast elevators located just two doors down from the unit. When you open the large sliding glass doors to the balcony from both the living room and the master suite, you can hear the waves crashing on the white sand beach below. You may even see dolphins swimming by each morning!
The living room is spacious and features a sofa pull-out bed with a gel-top mattress. We've added a 60" flat HD 4K screen TV to the entertainment center, along with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. High-speed internet is available throughout the unit. The two large bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms, and both are equipped with separate closets.
The main master bedroom features brand new furniture and offers spectacular Gulf views through a full wall-size sliding glass door. The remodeled master bathroom boasts a double sink vanity, and we provide sample shampoo and conditioners in each bathroom. The second bedroom has been remodeled and includes a window with a bay view.
Our kitchen has also been remodeled, showcasing white shaker-style custom cabinetry accented with fine granite countertops. It includes a new under-counter sink with a modern single faucet. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, and an array of cooking and eating utensils. Additionally, a brand new Keurig K-Cup pod coffee maker, a 12-cup coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave are all available for your use. From the kitchen, you can enjoy unobstructed beach and water views.
The foyer, kitchen, bathrooms, breakfast area, dining area, living areas, and laundry room all feature upgraded tile flooring and appliances. Nine-foot ceilings enhance the ocean views from the living and dining areas, as well as from the master bedroom.
Our condo is 1,100 square feet, with additional oversized terraces. The 200-square-foot terrace includes a white bar-height patio dining set for enjoying the expansive views of the beach below.
The ground level of the condominium complex features an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a magnificent whirlpool waterfall. This level also includes a covered entry with some covered parking, a barbecue area, and a boardwalk leading to the beach. On the lobby level, you’ll find an exercise room and a game room that overlook the indoor pool, as well as mailboxes, a sauna, a meeting room, and a sun terrace.
This is truly a fantastic complex, and we've worked hard to ensure our condo reflects that quality, as it is our second home. We want our guests to feel at home here as well. Welcome to the beach!
Crystal Shores is centrally located in Gulf Shores, just under a mile from the world-famous Hangout beach mega complex and the brand new OWA amusement park, which is a unique attraction on the Gulf Coast.
