About Sunny Disposition
Sunny Disposition is located directly on the sugary beach in the sought-after West Beach area, just minutes from the area's best restaurants and attractions. Your spacious, smoke-free, custom-built beach house has 6 large bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and a large open living and dining space on the main level. With 5 king beds and a bunk room, everyone will surely get a comfortable night’s sleep.
When entering the home on the ground floor, guests can take the stairs or use the convenient elevator to the main floor. The main floor features an open concept that is ideal for cooking and entertaining alike and offers expansive Gulf views from every corner. The chef in your group will love the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an ideal layout for creating that perfect meal after a long day at the beach. A second refrigerator for extra capacity and a stand-alone ice machine are also provided for your convenience. The living area offers a large sectional sofa and the dining area provides enough room for 10-12 guests. Bedroom 1 (master #1) is found on this floor and features a king bed, TV, Gulf views, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a double vanity, tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, TV, Gulf views, and balcony access with an adjoining bath that also has a hall entrance. You’ll also find a hall laundry here.
The top floor features four more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is huge and is considered as another master. This room features Gulf views and balcony access, sleeps 4 in a king bed and a twin trundle bed with a twin pull-out below, TV, desk, Keurig, and a private bathroom with a double vanity, tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 (bunk room) sleeps 5 guests in 1 twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The kids will love the TV and the Pac-Man/Galaga gaming console. There is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom between Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 comes with a king bed and has a TV, and balcony access. Bedroom 6 features a king bed, TV, Gulf views, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Rain or shine, there’s an activity for everyone at Sunny Disposition. Enjoy riding the waves in the Gulf or building sandcastles with the little ones. Not a beach bum? No worries, be part of the action without ever leaving the deck as you soak in the amazing views only steps away from the water. Get too much sun? Show off your ping pong skills, and try to set a high score at Ms. Pacman or maybe Galaga if that’s your jam. BBQ your game? Impress the family with your culinary skills and enjoy a meal in the shade while you listen to the waves and judge the ping pong competition. Finally, at the end of a busy beach day, reward yourself and soothe those tired muscles with a soak in the hot tub as you watch the stars and listen to the waves.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
