This is a first floor, 2br/2ba unit, that has new hardwood floors, fresh paint, appliances, vanities and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, 3-TVs, D/W, W/D and refrigerator (no ice maker).

Easy in, parking, accuracy of checkin. Plenty of quality pillows and blankets. Plenty of space in the fridge, new WD, light on bathroom amenities and virtually no closet space. Close to everything - easy beach and pool access. Comfortable beds and AC worked well in March - not sure how well it would hold up in Summer. The only thing that really was annoying to manage was the fire alarm going off every time you cook on the oven or stove. You literally couldn’t cook without the doors open, and fanning the fire alarm - unless it was the microwave. Perfect beach house - people who’ve complained about minor stuff have clearly never rented a beach condo before.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was a quick and easy walk across the parking lot to get to the pool and/or beach. The second bathroom is pretty small, but for our young children, it worked just fine.

We reached out to host at 2:00 asking if we could check in, but did not get a response. The shower in guest room had a piece of scrap tile to patch the floor. Sofa was ratty and pilled. No closet in guest br. Not updated like website stated. No parking passes. Coffee pot was dirty and outdated. Not enough space for our luggage or room for pillows on beds. Hair and dust in corners.

Just as listed. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms.2nd bath was very tiny. Not much room to turn around in it. Loved that their were fans to use for noise. Always a plus.Overall we loved it.

Great Place

The location was very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants. Had no issues at all with the room, amenities or location. The room was great. My only issue was with the pool. I believe the lights may have been out. We wanted to swim at night but it was so dark it was kind of creepy. Fix the pool lights is my only issue and that was kind of a nonissue because we opted not to night swim.
