    This 4 bedroom beach view private home is spacious and gorgeously appointed. Why cram your family into an old outdated condo when you can spread out and enjoy the short time you have at the beach?



    The Space:

    This four-bedroom private home offers beach views, generous living space, and a layout designed for families and small groups who want room to spread out. Located near public beach access, the home provides an alternative to condo living with more privacy and space for gathering.



    The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with comfortable furnishings and plenty of seating. The kitchen includes granite countertops, ample prep space, and room to cook meals for the group. A full bathroom is also located on this level. For added flexibility, the living room sofa converts to a queen sleeper when needed.



    Upstairs, the sleeping areas are arranged to balance comfort and privacy. Two king bedrooms each include private ensuite bathrooms. Two additional queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious and arranged for a restful end to the day. A full-size stackable washer and dryer are available for guest use.



    Outdoor living is a highlight of the home. The beach-facing patio includes comfortable seating for dining or relaxing while enjoying the coastal setting. The West Side Cottage community pool is located directly behind the home, making it easy to keep an eye on activity from inside while still enjoying a quieter, private space.

    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to the home and the West Side Cottage community pool. Public beach access is located at Lagoon Pass, a short walk from the home. This access point includes restrooms and provides entry to both the lagoon side and the Gulf-facing beach.



    Other Things to Note:

    This home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no elevator.



    Parking is limited to two vehicles only. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated.



    Beach and pool items may be available in the ground-level toy closet; availability and condition vary due to salt air and prior guest use. Guests may wish to bring or rent additional beach chairs.



    House rules are in place to help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors.

Beautiful home, wonderful pool, great walking path in the back for walking the dog or heading to the beach. Property was stocked with everything you would need to have a great vacation! We loved drinking coffee on the deck every morning listening to the ocean, watching the birds. We didn't want to leave! Logan checked on us to see if there was anything we needed. We had the best time.

Amazing week in gulf shores

The house was beautiful, everything well maintained. Walking distance to beach and the renter checked in and was there if we needed anything- I would definitely stay again!

My family and I stared at Stallin by the C for a week. The house is perfect. The location is perfect. I prefer to stay on West Beach because it seems to be a calmer area but close to the main strip. The home was perfect for our party of nine. The beach access is not far and there is a walking trail behind the area that goes straight to the beach access. I liked that you didn’t have to walk on the road to get there. Plus the walking trail has three piers attached to it. We walked it twice a day with our little dog. My husband fished off the pier multiple times. The ocean view was beautiful. The owner had excellent communication. I also liked that all the main bedrooms were upstairs. If someone got up early or stayed up late, they could go downstairs to the living room/kitchen area without bothering everyone else. The kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach house!

Beach house was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Loved the decor. Beds were super comfortable. Pool is only steps away. 8 minute walk to the beach. Ocean view from the living room and porch was so nice! I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Vacation Home

The House is just as described, very well taken care of and clean! Logan was an exceptional host! The house was very spacious and we had plenty of room for 7 adults. The location was perfect for heading to the beach, fishing off the pier or evening walks along the back path!

Great Family Beach House

We stayed here for our family vacation and it worked out great! We had 5 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space in the living, dining and kitchen downstairs. The bedrooms are a little tight but we made it work. The balcony was definitely the best part! There is an ocean view since the house across the street is small and the furniture is probably the best we’ve ever had at a beach rental so we spent most of our time out there. The pool is awesome for kids because it’s got shallow areas and it wasn’t ever too crowded for our crew to play. It took us a few days to figure out the best route and plan for the beach…we discovered we could rent the chair/umbrella sets and walked along the hwy instead of under the bridge so our last few days were much easier. Definitely recommend the rentals! Overall it was a great family vacation spot!

The house was perfect for what we needed. With 2 families, the 2 king suites were ideal. The layout & location of the house were both great. The pool was close & we had an ocean view. Just lovely. A quirk, the house moves…a lot. On the top floor, if someone walked up the stairs or a truck drove by, it shook the whole house. It probably just comes with staying in a home on stilts.I’m only rating this as 3 stars because of the stale smoke smell. Noticed it instantly! We almost left right then because we had a pregnant woman and small children/baby with us, not to mention severe allergies. We opted to stay because we didn’t feel we had any other choice. The smell was obvious every time you left the house and came back in. Thankfully the weather was great so we could air out the place pretty much constantly, but everytime we shut the windows/door, the smell would be obvious again. The owner is aware. Offered to come by and “get the smell out,” but didn’t end up showing up. Now that I’m home, all of our clothes smell like stale cigarette smoke. Even clothes that are clean that we washed in the washing machine on property. Obviously it’s an ongoing issue if the washing machine even worsened the smell. This is so infuriating. My whole family, including toddler and baby, now have clothes that smell like cigarette smoke. Our entire wardrobes essentially ruined from staying in this place. The house & location… great! Stale smoke smell in a non smoking home? Beyond sickening.
