If you are a vacationer that wants it all, Summer's End is the beach house for you! This gorgeous, updated and beachfront home is located in desirable Morgantown. With the beach as your backyard, you'll be able to savor those amazing views even from inside the home. Take advantage of the upgraded polywood deck furniture and enjoy that morning coffee or evening cocktail on the deck. And, since you'll be in Morgantown, you'll have access to two sparkling pools as well as lighted tennis/pickleball courts. And did we mention, this home is pet friendly and so is the beach! Pro Tip: Plan to eat breakfast al fresco on the outdoor dining table and maybe a dolphin or two will join you!

The Space

From the moment you enter the home, you'll be welcomed by a wall of windows and stunning Gulf views. Comfortable seating and updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances help to create the perfect home away from home. For some reason, cooking dinner isn't as much of a chore when you have amazing water views.

Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other two Twins. These two rooms share a hall bath. Head upstairs and you'll find another King room (a sofa bed is in this room as well) and a Bunk room with two Full over Full bunks. The bunk room is a favorite of the younger set because all the cousins, siblings and best friends can room together. There are loads of options no matter your group size and make-up and Summer's End comfortably sleeps 16 guests.

Hoping to finish a book or two or maybe you just want to catnap to the sound of waves? No worries, this home has a porch bed for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
