Perhaps the most popular amenity is the sugar-white-sand beach accessible via an elevated boardwalk. Bring a beach umbrella and cooler, or rent a couple of lounge chairs with an umbrella. They're perfect for enjoying the sun while being able to take a break from the rays as needed.



This 600 sq ft one bedroom, one bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family traveling with children. It can accommodate up to six people. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a set of tucked-away berth bunks perfect for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.



You'll love the coastal cuteness of the furnishings at your fully equipped, vacation-ready condo, which includes your own private balcony, where your view will be of the Gulf of Mexico and nearby pools. Wake up and slide open the glass doors to the balcony for a quiet cup of coffee before starting the day's fun with family and friends. Golfers will enjoy the proximity of the open-to-the-public, links-style Kiva Dunes Golf Course, which is right next door. The course has been described as 'very natural, with lots of exposed sand and gnarly scrub oak,' and blends par threes, par fours and par fives. A signature hole is the ninth, where golfers must hit the ball over 150 yards of water.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved this rental. The location couldn’t have been better, the beach was beautiful, and everything went so smoothly. We will most certainly be back!

Great ocean views and location- clean room

Great location on beach and room probably had one of the best views of all the rooms of beach and pool. Room also located towards end of hall for added privacy ( not lots of foot traffic) and directly across from laundry which was convenient. Another plus was it’s located on top floor(3rd floor) so don’t have to deal with noise from an above condo.

We stayed here in 2011 and absolutely loved it, but it has not been maintained well since then. We were pretty disappointed with the condition of our room.

Quiet place

Quiet place right outside of the busy life of gulf shores. Just be sure to bring food. Or order early. The businesses around are super busy with long wait times or too full to take anymore orders. The condo was great.

What I liked: the condo was clean and faced the ocean; plenty of towels and washcloths were provided without having to ask for them. What I didn’t like: condo numbers were not marked from the parking lot, so we had to do some scouting to find ours; no elevator, so we had to carry everything up two flights of stairs; the door couldn’t be locked from the inside for security

Good place to stay!

We loved this place being so close to the ocean and the beautiful views was the best! Condo itself was very clean but had a little difficulty with the digital key code at times. We may have been trying to enter the numbers too fast. The grounds were well kept and the pool was awesome. A couple minor inconveniences we noticed was there is only one elevator on each floor and this unit was a bit away from the elevator. It was actually the second day before we even found where the elevator was so lugging all our bags up the 2 flight of stairs sure gave us a workout. The other minor thing was there is no dressing mirrors in the bedroom or hallway just a sink mirror in the bathroom which makes it a little difficult if two people are trying to get ready at the same time. Again, these were only minor issues and did not deter us from having a great vacation. Would definitely stay again!
