This outstanding 1,341 sq ft two bedroom, two-bath seventh floor unit has a panoramic view of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living room, and balcony. The guest bedroom is fully carpeted while all other areas have tile flooring.

Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, keurig, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Gorgeous View!

The view was absolutely gorgeous with wrap around windows and provided for a very relaxing stay! Our only 2 recommendations would be to provide alternate pillow types…they were a bit too thick and hard. And also there was a DVD player available, but no movies or games. Overall, the beach access was great and I can’t say enough about the view. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Great Condo and great location

We really loved our view from the living room and Master bedroom. Master bathroom was huge and had a jacuzzi tub! Lots of outside and inside pools and hot tubs. Steps from the beach. Chair folks were helpful and polite. Highly recommend this place.

Great getaway trip

My husband, neither and sister in law wanted a quick long weekend getaway at the beach and we couldn't have been more pleased with the condo. It had everything we needed, has a great view and nights on the balcony were amazing. We will definitely book this condo again.

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It could use some updating. Kitchen cabinets are in poor condition. But the place was clean and comfortable.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay here. I love the beach access, hot tub and pool. Loved the condo and the view from the balcony.

Old, outdated - needs repairs

Seachase overall is a great property and location. This rental unit did not meet expectations. Mattress was very very old and needs replaced. Did not get any sleep due to the bad bedding. Furniture also worn and not comfortable. Chairs with table all were tattered. Vents had mold on them in bathroom and in the main living room area. There was a stale water smell in Master Bath every evening when everyone was taking showers. We will not be staying at this unit ever again and suggest others to rethink unless they replace some of the furninshings and clean up ventilation.

Family vacation

This property had a great view. I will say that we book with VRBO every year at least once for family vacation and this one was a little disappointing. There was absolutely zero in the pantry meaning no seasonings at all! Every condo We've stayed in had at least salt and pepper. Which is was the least of our complaints. Netflix worked on one tv In the living room, it did not in either bedroom which really was a bother since we have two children. So no TV for the adults. The jacuzzi tub worked only half the time and we barely had enough hot water to fill half way. There was a large stain on the carpet in the living room that was there when we got there: no dust pan to clean up afterwards, the vacuum did have any suction power at all. The dryer had to dry for a total of 2 rounds of 70 mins to dry a small load. For the first 2 days only one elevator worked making it difficult to get around. The patio furniture was rusted and if we moved it big chunks of rust would scatter the patio. It was hard to clean up with no dust pan. I will say the beach is amazing, the view is awesome and the location was great but the condo definitely needs some work

Perfect location and wonderful facility

The location is perfect. Not too busy but certainly not isolated. The common facilities, pools, hot tub etc were very clean. Nice roomy condo.

Semi Kid Friendly

Condo decorated very nicely but not young child friendly Pools were fantastic and very family friendly Large pool with incline entrance and kiddie pool really nice for small children Had family first half of week and friends 2nd half was Very Disappointed that was required to purchase different parking passes @ $40 a pop Instead of being able to transfer from family to friends

Needs updating

Outside spaces are very nice, location is great, beach not as crowded as in front of newer hi rises. Roof construction project made parking difficult. Lack of spaces. Condo kitchen appeared to be original, cabinets falling apart, very dated. Guest bath tub was a hazard to take a shower in- all non slip surfaces worn off.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and very comfortable. We had an amazing view and extremely easy access to the beach. Right across the street is the Walmart Market for groceries and a little further down is Publix. It is a great location to relax and short distances to great restaruants! We would definately state here again!

Great Getaway!

Enjoyed staying at sea chase! It was very clean! It's a smaller complex with beautiful pools. We enjoyed the beach every day & it was not over crowded.

Not like picture slip covers on furniture dirty, rugs dirty . No locks or screens on patio doors. Shower needs safety bar very sloped, toilet problem in guest bath, slow drain in master bathroom, really needs updated for the price I paid . Have stayed at Seachase 5 times worse unit I have stayed in🥺

Sea Chase-Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and well stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Pool and amenities were very nice and property was well managed-no smoking and very clean. Would definitely recommend!
