From sunrise to sunset, enjoy stunning Gulf views from the master bedroom, living area and large balcony. Relax in the comfortable, traditional Caribbean style decor infused with modern beach accents that fill this sixth floor 1,420 square foot, two bedroom, two bath beachfront getaway. Enjoy the seaside experience with all the comforts of home.The living room boasts a 56” Widescreen TV with DVD and VCR. Both the Master and Guest Bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Enjoy traditional dining in the Dining Area or take-in unforgettable sunsets over a family meal on the balcony.

Fully appointed kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Other features include 9 foot ceilings ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD-VCR
Second Bedroom: Queen bed and 1 twin bed, Flat Screen TV

Fantastic condo!

Our family loves Seachase - it is a wonderful property with a great location and the best pools.The unit was in perfect condition. Clean and comfortable. Appliances are all modern/good. I highly recommend. You definitely need to bring your own beach towels and toys.The only criticism I have, compared to other rental experiences in this same complex, is that this one is very "corporate". I was dealing with a real estate company, not an "owner". Docusign contracts, needing to email pictures of my DL off, etc. Probably the least personal booking experience I've had with a VRBO to date.

We had a great time at Sea Chase. Our condo was clean and we had a great view of the ocean! Would definitely book again!

Good location but Dated and Worn

The online pictures did not represent the property 100%. Yes, I fell for the bait and switch. Property was well worn. Popcorn ceiling had water stains. ALL shutters do not work. Place is worn out..I am giving 3 stars but I should probably give 2. Good place for young spring breakers who just need a place to lay their head. I would pick a different unit for next trip.

Great find!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice just as it looks online. It is in a perfect location on the beach. It was very clean and had a lot of kitchenware. The only suggestion would be to have some small foldable beach chairs stored in the laundry room.

Amazing location!

Great location both in Orange Beach and within the resort! The condo’s back balcony and the resort’s private beach access make it easy to enjoy the beach all day and evening. Spacious enough for a family yet just the right size for a couple, this unit is perfect. We were frustrated, however, that the shutters on the windows in the bedrooms and on the main bedroom door/sidelight are broken so they let the sun VERY early every morning, waking us up. Black out curtains like those in the living room would have been appreciated instead of the shutters. In spite of the broken window shutters, we will definitely rent this condo again!

Family vacation

The Sea Chase never disappoints for our family vacation. This was another nice unit that accommodated our family of 6 well. The kitchen could use some additional pots/pans and cooking utensils if you plan to cook much. Also there were only 6 towels and washcloths which meant I was washing towels every day. Overall another great experience.

Condo needs some tlc, light over bay tub hanging down from fixture, door to master bedroom would not close, light bulbs burnt out, glass in pool , pool shut down with no one working on pool!!

Great Accommodations!

We were very impressed with this condo. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and the 6th floor was great. The on site security and maintenance personnel were very friendly and did a great job. The balcony was large enough for the two of us. There were a few minor repairs needed but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. We highly recommend this condo!
