The Home
Spread out across two spacious levels, Sunshine was designed for comfort, connection, and coastal living.

Open-concept living area bathed in natural light from tall windows and double glass doors
Cozy seating area and a large dining table perfect for sharing meals or late-night board games
Well-equipped kitchen for everything from pancake breakfasts to sunset charcuterie boards
King bedroom and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds — ideal for kids or extra guests
Full bath and a sleeper sofa for added flexibility

Second Floor:
Three inviting king bedrooms — one with a private bath and two with balcony access
An additional full hall bath for shared convenience

Outdoor Living:
Relax on the decks in classic Adirondack chairs or gather around the table for an outdoor meal
Rinse off the sand in the private outdoor shower and enjoy a casual picnic at the full-size table below

Stevens Thanksgiving Holiday

The house fit our extended family perfectly. My husband and I used the bedroom downstairs with our grandkids in the bunk room. My 3 children and their spouses slept upstairs. Having 4 king size beds was a big plus. Plenty of room in the family room and kitchen area for all to watch ballgames and a big table for card games. We were able to host Thanksgiving for 4 other family’s staying in the neighborhood with all the outside seating too.

Lovely Home, Great Stay!

We had a great time this summer during our stay. Very close to the beach and to the pool! Everything was as described, no problems at all. Would absolutely stay here again. There were 2 seniors, 3 adults, and 3 teens in our party. :)

Sunshine

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunshine at Fort Morgan. The house was clean neat and just a short walk to the beach. The only thing we did not like was that there were way to many Knick knacks around the house. Covered every table,corner etc. was a little hard for crawling babies with things on the floors in corners everywhere. The dressers and tables in the bedrooms along with bathroom countertops were covered with Knick knacks too. You didn’t have much room if any to put your own things down. Overall very nice house and would stay again.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved this vacation house. We had to change a few things around and the owner was fabulous with our circumstances. It was the perfect location for our kids, ranging from ages 2-10. It was clean and everything they put online was extremely accurate. We would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great House

The house was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk room and the house was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. Location is perfect! Cross the street and down the boardwalk to the beach. I hope to rent again one day.

Perfect family getaway!

House was perfect location with easy access to beach and pools. We love this neighborhood as we have rented other houses here for years and this property was just as lovely- almost as good as being right on beach with the boardwalk right across the street. It was also family & pet friendly which was great! We didn’t have great weather but the house was well stocked for cooking and we enjoyed the board games and video games we brought along. Plenty of room for our family of 5!

Beautiful house

We had a great time here, place was so clean. Perfect size for all of us. Walking distance to beach, plenty of activities in the house for the kids. It was great. I would stay again if I wasn't already building a house in Fort Morgan!

Very nice house !!`

We totally enjoyed out stay at the Sunsihine house. It fit our needs and everything was neat and in place. Location to the local pool was just around the corner and the beach a very short wall across the street.
