New mattresses .Full service kitchen with new stainless appliances, .Upgraded cable television and WiFi throughout. Freshly painted with new flooring and kitchen cabinets Patio with adjoining play yard. Easy access to pool (50 feet) and beach (75 feet to boardwalk). Ground floor eliminates long waits for the elevators. Handicap parking in front of unit.

Beach Club facilities include five pools, hot tub, tennis courts, exercise facilities, spa, bike rental available, basketball court, pickleball court, and playground. The Beach Club also offers a full calendar of activities for kids and adults. Some Beach Club amenities at extra charge.

Chair and umbrella rentals available through The Beach Club.

Enjoy fine dining and full bar at Coast Restaurant. Poolside grill for casual dining and food trucks available in season.

Enjoy beautiful private beaches and nearby attractions including Bon Secour National Wildlife Reserve, Historic Fort Morgan, and Mobile Bay Ferry to Mobile or Dauphin Island.

Nearby golf courses include Kiva Dunes (1 mile), Peninsula Golf Course (27 holes, 5 miles), and Gulf Shores State Park Course (7 miles).

Beach condo

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach, great pools, great location. The only downside was that the listing stated that there was a closet full of sand and beach toys available to use. When we arrived, the instructions told where to find the key for the beach toy closet, but there was no key. We contacted the owner and he doesn’t have the closet available to guests any longer. So we brought absolutely zero beach things expecting to use things provided.

Great Unit

We loved staying here! It’s ground level so the kids can just walk out to go to the pool or beach. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this unit again!

Well stocked condo for him on the beach.

This ground floor unit is just what we needed! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and the many umbrellas, chairs, sand toys ect. in the beach closet were a wonderful surprise. Thank you for hosting us.

Property was as described. Only one problem, our check out time was 11am. The cleaning crew literally busted in out door at 10:20am. They continued to clean as we were trying to get ready to go. Even after telling them out checkout time was 11.

Nice ground floor condo in Ft Morgan

Nice ground floor condo with large master suite and two additional bathrooms (1 full 1 w shower). Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Easy access right to the beach...no need to wait in line for an elevator. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay!

The condo is very clean, has everything you need, so close to two pools, a short walk to the beach, very quiet inside, all the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return! This place feels like luxury!!

As good as it gets!!

Harry was very easy to work with and had great communication. We were allowed to check into this extremely well furnished condo early. Bottom floor was very convenient and for anything we did not have, Harry had it already on site. Will book again in the future.

Excellent stay

Harry was very gracious with his property, allowing us entry a couple hours before check-in. Excellent communication with him. The unit was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for my family. First time having a ground floor walkout and we’ve decided to never get a balcony unit again! The resort offered plenty of options and manicured grounds for my kids to play. Would stay here again!

Great first floor location at the Beach Club

We have rented many condos in the Gulf Shorts / Fort Morgan areas over the years. This was our first ground level one. Loved the convenience of it. Overall, it was a great trip. Our property manager was very responsive and pre-trip information (keyless code) was communicated timely. At this time, this condo seems to be at ground zero for construction on the building. Not a big issue but it would have been nice to know that construction was happening right in front of the condo as well as all landscaping out the sliding door was also bare. Nice location, very convenient (considering 2 of the 4 elevators in the complex were out of service for our entire stay). Cleaning could have been a bit more meticulous. There were open bags of food in bedroom drawers and some minor repairs seem to have been overlooked (e.g. sink stoppers in non-master bathrooms did not function, dryer seemed to have a belt / bearing issue that needs to be looked at. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and family time at the beach!

Family Vacation

Bristol 104 was in good condition in spite of all the construction going on. Construction was not really a problem other than a minor inconvenience at times. Property landscaping was pretty bad but they are working on it. Food trucks were a bit of a disappointment. Only the BBQ truck was open each night which was kind of a bummer. Overall a good place for family vacation if you’re looking to relax without all of the distractions of go carts, souvenir shops, and putt putt golf on every corner. We will likely return again next year so hopefully the construction is over and everything is up and running at full strength.

Relaxing and comfortable

From the minute you walked in the condos, you could see the gulf. It was well furnished and relaxing. Our family enjoyed the easy walk out of the condo, without any stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and condo

We came down to Bristol 104 for spring break. The condo was just as pictured. Fully stocked with just about everything we need plus a few unexpected extras! Plenty of beach toys. Perfect location on ground floor with large grassy area for the kids to play. The gated resort had tons of amenities to enjoy. Easy beach and pool access. The weather was perfect! The owner was very attentive to every detail. Responded quickly to any questions I had. I would not hesitant to book this unit again.
