Massive deck for outdoor living? Check! Totally updated home? Check! Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this recently updated home is just steps from the beach access boardwalk. You will appreciate the newly expanded beach view deck with a variety of comfortable seating. We especially love the views of the beach, sunsets and, if you're lucky, the Blue Angels. Pro-Tip: Because you are so close, enjoy that morning coffee or evening cocktail on the beach.

The Space

When you arrive, the first thing you'll notice when you arrive at Dreamscape is the large deck with loads of seating. What's your pleasure? Rocker, sofa or captain's chair? Take your pick, they are all available options. Because the deck is partially covered, you can relax in the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer!

Step inside this adorable single-story cottage and you'll find a very comfortable living space with loads of comfortable seating for lounging, TV watching or catching up on that beach read. And that custom ceiling is a work of art!

Gorgeous stone countertops, stainless appliances and the always popular coffee/wine bar make dining in a pleasure. Plenty of room at the table and counter so the entire group can enjoy mealtime together. Off the kitchen is a convenient power bath as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.

Dreamscape includes a primary king room with Gulf views and a private bath, a bedroom with two full beds and a bunk room with a full over full and twin over twin bunk beds. Altogether, Dreamscape sleeps 12 lucky vacationers.

* One pool in Morgantown is heated. However, because the HOA maintains the pool, we are unable to guarantee the status of the water temperature on any given day.
* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan & Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
