The Space:
Check out this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. All rooms are located on the 2nd floor along with the full bathrooms. For convenience, a half bathroom is right off the kitchen and living space. Washer and dryer are available for use with no additional fee.

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. The front door has a Kwikset electronic keypad—just enter your code to unlock it. When leaving, press the lock icon to secure the door.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet street with little to no traffic. The street does a loop coming in and out of the adjoining road.
Just blocks from Highway 98, you have a quick commute in either direction to beaches, dining and shopping. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is a must see and a community boat ramp is less than 1/2mile away!

Getting Around:
There is not public transportation available. Golf Carts are not allowed on highway 98 either. You will need to make arrangements for vehicle transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful, but may be limited during high tourist season.

Other Things to Note:
You have the space to yourself. There is a camera on the front of the property facing the street and on the backyard patio.

(Pets)
We happily welcome all furry friends of all shapes and sizes, but limit them up to 4 total! Breed immaterial. The cost is $75 for up to 2 pets and $150 for up to 4 pets. This is a one-time fee that covers your pet(s) for the entire stay. All pets must be up to date on shots, house trained and non-threatening. We ask that you crate your pet(s) when left unattended. The pet fee is for a basic pet clean. If there is additional cleaning required, for ie pet waste inside, excessive hair on furniture and etc, it will be billed to the guest.

Interaction with Guests:
I primarily interact with guests on the booking app and over the phone for emergencies. I am local to the area should any issues arise.
