"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. "It was great to stay at the Victoria again. It was a good location for my needs during this visit to London. The staff made me welcome and I had a comfortable room. The shower was fine. The evening meal was also very good. Thank you to The Victoria team and I hope to stay again when in the area. "

"Helpful staff and nice pub with decent food. Exterior room not anticipated - at back of car park and noisy with arrivals/deliveries etc. from 5am so sleep impossible. Room itself ok, basic but clean, but tiny shower room needed some tlc. Airport taxi from Gatwick a rip-off at £27: local one back £17! "

"The property is located not too far from Heathrow which makes it handy to get clear of the heavy traffic. The reception was genuinely pleasant, courteous and professional. For the fees paid to stay it’s extremely reasonable, the carpet in our room needs attention but other than that very good value."

"Lovely old pub with character, friendly staff and locals. Stayed 1 night with my son for rugby. Twickenham 10min walk. Was given a permit to park on the road for free and found a space 50m away. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very nice, especially the Ukrainian lady who served breakfast. Very polite and efficient."

"Have to say I was super impressed with this inn. First off, the rooms aren’t big but they are comfortable and the bathrooms are big for England. The bed linens were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Would come back for those alone but really the best part of the entire stay was the staff. Specifically David and Anja. "Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....
