The space:

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Sleeps 6 comfortably). Luxuriously decorated brand new apartment building. Free WiFi in the apartment and in the building reception area. 4K High Definition TVs with over 200 cable channels. Washer and Dryer located inside of the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and a full set of dishes (Pots and pans included).

Guest will enjoy having 100% access to swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, children play area, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table and BBQ grilling area.

Awesome stay

Leandro was an excellent host and a true gentleman with good communication skills. His place is very well located, very neat, with a breathtaking view, the photos do not do justice to this place were you can see a special touch in every decoration and every detail, where the photos don’t capture the real beauty by of this place. If I could I will give 6 stars without hesitation. We had a great experience here and will come back. Our trip was a mix of business & Leisure.

The stay was overall good except for a few things that could have been better. The cushions in the living room were wet and we had to put them in the balcony to dry in the sun. The tv in the master bedroom was not working. The washing machine had a strange smell when washing clothes. Not sure if it was the water but the machine had a bad smell when the water was running. Besides those things the stay was pretty good and the view was great and location as well! Just need to fix those few things.

Family First

The communication with the owner was easy and all my questions was answered in a timely manner. The views are amazing and the front desk staff was very nice. The pool and gym was nice and clean also. Food and a store is only a few steps away.

Wonderful stay - Great Location - Best Host ever

The pictures online shown of the unit are accurate. The condo is very beautifully decorated and feels very bright and clean. Lots of care has been placed to ensure that the condo looks good for guests. It’s great to also have a washer and dryer available in the unit. The kitchen had all of the cooking supplies one would need and includes an oven, it even has a waffle maker. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from both the main balcony and the balcony off the bedroom. The host, Leandro is extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our 61-night stay. He provided us with information prior to our arrival as well as checking to see if we needed anything during our stay. Anything that we requested, he responded. The building staff were always friendly and helpful. The unit is clean and has plenty of cookware. At our request the host set up weekly cleanings of the unit and provided those for us. Did I mention the views from the unit are wonderful as it is on the 18th floor, it is high enough that you can see large portions of the beach without any obstructions. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of coming to the Dominican Republic.

It was just as the pictures showed and very clean. We checked in in less than five minutes. A/C and Wi-Fi worked great. We have been to Juan Dolio many times, and this was one of the best places we have stayed.

Wonderful, beautiful place

I highly recommend this family apartment. Everything you need you will find in the apartment, plus the restaurants at the area location are definitely a plus. The Host, a true gentleman. I will be staying again for sure.

An amazing getaway!!!

The stay at Villar Del Mar was absolutely amazing. Leandro was very informative from the booking and throughout the stay. The place is incredible, clean, neat and very upgraded. The description of the premises and exactly as described! If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is definitely the place. There are many things to do walking distance or short drive. The beach was calm and super clean!....Leandro provided a listing of the amenities and all the relevant information (including medical) which was a plus for our family. He quickly replied to any inquiry! I often travel through the Island and this place definitely fulfilled all my expectations! I'm looking forward to staying at Villa Del Mar in the near future.

Pictures don’t do this place justice and property manger was very kind and attentive.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo. The pictures listed were spot on. I even think they didn’t do the place justice because the view and condo were stunning. The property manager was attentive, kind and informative. It was easy to access from the airport. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely be keeping it in mind for future visits to Juan Dolio.

I just love this place.

I just came home from a mini vacation in the Dominican Republic and All I have is a 5 star rating for Leandro and his beautiful modern apartment unit. Its on the 18th Flor with magnificent ocean views. The units was clean, modern, spacious, with all the amenities you can think of. Being a music enthusiast I was happy to enjoy the great surround system and the high tech, at least 65' TV. I was at home on vacation. The amenities the building offers are great and the pictures don't do justice on how impeccable the place is. Leandro is a 5 star legend on his communication and customer service skills. Thank you Leandro. I loved your place so much, I can't wait to go there and spend some rest and relaxation in your place again.

Amazing Apartment, across from the beach with incredible views

The apartment is exceptional! The property is so much better than the pictures! Everything is brand new and super clean! The views from the apartment are incredible, you wake up to the sounds of the ocean! Communication with Leandro is super efficient! I would come back anytime!
