"First off, Tom is a great host. He is an artist and has a small studio outside where he paints. Second, the pool is great. The grounds are lush and well kept. You also have access to the BBQ. Bring ear plugs because like the rest of Puerto Rico the coqui are loud at night.The apartment is cozy and has a good kitchen and there is a grocery store nearby. "Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "
