It has 1 bedroom although 4 people can comfortably fit by the single sofas in the living room, specially designed for this place.

It is in the Coordinated LIVING building that has a jacuzzi, gym, underground parking, meeting area and with maximum security.

The space
It has a bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and specially planned to rest, with its own bathroom, large closet and a beautiful view.

The room has 2 armchairs, which become single beds to accommodate 2 more people.

Upon entering you can enjoy the living room and dining room, with a different style and colorful design, designed to impress them and spend unique moments with the 65"TV and 50 mb internet.

Inside the apartment there is a terrace with a small bar, to enjoy the view with a beer or a rich wine.

The building has parking for 1 roofed car, 1 gym, 2 jacuzzis and an area for meetings and roast meat.

It is super safe as it has a 24-hour security guard.

It has a laundry center, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and everything you need to cook, prepare drinks and make the most of your trip (sheets, towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper).

The entrance is autonomous with a smart lock and you can enter at any time and check in.

Pets are accepted, but have an extra charge and are responsible for damage or misconduct in the apartment or building.

You can walk to Chapultepec or Minerva. The expo Guadalajara is 5 minutes by car.

Fully prepared for people in wheelchairs or older adults, because you can access the apartment without climbing any stairs.

The rate shown per night is the base price, which includes from 1 to 2 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of $150 pesos per person per night.

The bar on the terrace is exclusive to this apartment

The main restrictions are moderate noise after 9 pm and respect for neighbors
