  • This home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, WIFI, full kitchen, dining area, living room, pellet fireplace. Screened in covered patio, backyard w/over .27 acres to explore. Community amenities- golf, tennis, private lake, fishing, 3 beaches, equestrian center, pickleball courts, outdoor pool, hiking & MUCH MORE! THIS IS 1 OF THE ONLY FENCED IN YARDS IN THE PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE COMMUNITY. Please note: There is a one time $44 fee per car payable at the entrance to the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. The pass is good for 7days and will give you access to all PML amenities including the pool. This is a fee of the HOA not ours. This fee is paid by all vacation renters no matter what home is rented in the community.

Good spot when visiting Yosemite

Comfortable spot to stop when visiting Yosemite. Safe neighborhood, nice local eating spots (especially 2 guys pizza pies) and small grocery store close.

Beautiful home in pine mountain lake

Bright, cheery, spotless home with nice kitchen. Good Wi-Fi, fun activities in the house and close to Yosemite. We ate at the Grill and also tried the archery range. Host was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our kids for a Yosemite vacation. The house was perfect, clean, easy to get to and great amenities! The owner was easy to communicate with. We were very comfortable and able to relax and enjoy each others company.

We loved our stay in PML! The house was perfect for our family!!! It was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Nice game room in the garage and enclosed backyard. Great stay

Very spacious home with a nice outdoor area to hang with friends, relax, or play games. Close to Yosemite National park and within a gated community that has a lake. The property isn’t right on the lake, however. Saw deer and turkey roaming in the yard several days.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy to check in. Wi-Fi was fine. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Nice options to dine both indoor and outdoor. Plenty of space to play board games, do puzzles, etc. Enjoyed a day at the lake, playing in the water and kayaking. Short drive to Rainbow Pool, and to Carlon Falls trail. Spent the morning at Rainbow Pool and hiked to Carlon Falls in the afternoon. Beautiful! Went to Yosemite for the day. 30 minute drive to the entrance, then another 45 to the valley.Definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy, inviting, well priced

VERY nice, attractive, and easy to stay simple home with all the necessary amenities. Host was exceptional at communication, and helpfulness. We were not able to get TV to work properly. We messaged him through VRBO and he called immediately and helped us access the TV. The home is very cute, well maintained, and enjoyable. Great place to stay when you want to access Yosemite and surrounding areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Comfortable clean home, close-ish to Yosemite

Overall, we're happy with the stay. Comfortable house, all the basic kitchen items needed to cook, spacious/open floor plan. It's in a large private gated community (3,000 homes) which does charge guests an additional fee and takes 15 minutes to drive through their gate to get to the house. The yard isn't really fenced - there's a short 2.5' retaining wall, but most any dog can easily jump over it (ours did!), so keep that in mind.

Troy’s Pine Mountain home is a perfect spot for visiting Yosemite. The home is spacious and includes wonderful amenities including a large well stocked kitchen. Tastefully decorated and inside a nice gated community with a lake and numerous activities.We spent 3 days in the park and ate out a few fun local places very close to the house. Nice grocery store just 10 minutes to the house.Troy was a great cimmunicator and was very responsive to questions. There is 50 charge for visitors to get in the gate, but Troy told us this in advance. Highly recommended!!!

Large, nicely designed house

Nicely designed home with large kitchen, dining, and sofa area. Large outside seating + enclosed backyard space which allowed allowed our toddler to run around without being concerned of her quickly escaping (larger children will be able to climb out though). Great communication with owner who quickly responded. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils. The house belongs to a large gated community which has multiple access points to the lake, which is nice and clean. The closest access/beach point is about 3 minutes driving away from the house.
