Located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, just 10 minutes from the beaches, the villa sits within a beautifully landscaped 5,000 m² park, nestled in the hills around the medieval village of Grimaud.

With its generous volumes (340m²) the villa combines refined spaces with a harmonious mix of contemporary design and vintage touches. From the choice of materials to the interior decoration, every detail has been carefully curated to create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere — a true 'home away from home'.

It features five double bedrooms (four in the main house and one independent studio bedroom with private garden access and breakfast area).
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with either a private terrace and/or sea view.

The property also offers a heated infinity pool, a botanical garden, and several terraces and balconies on different levels — perfect for soaking up the sun or admiring the views.

Eine traumhafte Villa architektonisch sehr schön gebaut mit vielen großflächigen Fenstern und Terrassen mit jeweils traumhaften Ausblick. Das Haus ist hochwertig gebaut und ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts Der Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist großund toll angelegt. Auf dem großen vollständig eingefriedeten Grundstück befinden sich Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen im Hang. Sogar eine eigene Boulebahn ist vorhanden. Strände, Restaurants, Supermarkt und die umliegenden Orte sind mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar.

Situation excellente, nombreuses activités proches en évitant les axes encombrés (golfs, tennis, padel, karting, plages, port Grimaud, magasins... à plus ou moins 10 minutes en voiture). La maison offre de très grands volumes intérieurs.Mobilier et matériaux de qualité.Les nombreuses terrasses et les aménagements du jardin permettent de se retrouver à plusieurs ou de s'isoler au besoin.L'accueil et la réactivité du régisseur sont un plus.

Great house and very spacious!

We are a grown family of 7 who stayed at this property in August 2023. Communications - Donatella is just the nicest person to interact with. She answered all my detailed questions in a thorough, detailed, timely, and respectful manner. And trust me when I say I asked a lot of questions. The House - this house is really spacious and well laid out. The living area with the patio right off of it was really big and we could spread out around the house and patios. The bedrooms were really roomy with big closets and comfy beds. The only suggestion would be to have comforters but it was so warm we did not need them. The kitchen is really modern with tons of kitchenware. You will not need anything extra! The pool and property - the views are amazing from the pool. You can see all the way down to the St Tropez bay! It is quiet with a nice lawn and palm trees. The pool is quite large and they have floating chaises which are really cool. Two people can fall asleep on them and they did! The pool was a little chilly but I would suggest covering it each night and that made it stay comfortable. The area - it is 8 minutes to get to the cute little town of Grimaud (go to dinner there as it is really cute with lights on the streets and historic buildings). Also, go to the historic castle ruins at the top of the hill. The port of Grimaud is only 10 minutes or so. Has canals and a great vibe. St Tropez is about 30 minutes with traffic. I highly recommend this property!

Superb Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa; everything was flawless. The host provided exceptional service and was readily available for any assistance we required. Daris, the concierge, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The heated pool was a highlight, becoming the focal point of our stay. With Port Grimaud a mere 5-minute drive away and easily accessible supermarkets, as well as a charming farm shop near the Intermarché market, the location was perfect. We're eagerly looking forward to our next stay. Many thanks.

Beautiful Place - Recommended!

Excellent location and design of the house / property. Some upgrades in the furniture / equipment could be made but not critical. Internet access, unfortunately, was interrupted due to a damaged cable in the neighbourhood - not the fault of the owner who tried to help as much as possible. Great pool. Excellent support from owner and local maintenance staff. Only one minor recommendation - cleaning during our (longer term) rental could have been a bit more frequent - every 5-7 days rather than 10-12 days - and more thoroughly.

Une villa sublime

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à 8 personnes dans cette magnifique villa, c’était un séjour de rêve. La maison est très élégante, spacieuse, entièrement équipée et offre de très beaux espaces autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Daris, en charge du service de conciergerie, a été aux petits soins pour nous aider à organiser ce week-end de rêve nous lui en sommes toutes très reconnaissantes. Commerces accessible en 10-15 minutes de voiture donc très pratique. Idéal pour se ressourcer dans un environnement aussi calme et qui appelle à la contemplation.

Wanna have a great time with family in Grimaud...

...for us, this house was the place to be. Especially in these unusual times, we where glad we found this pearl in the hills of Grimaud, being a little offsite from so called hotspots. It is a place for every age, pool, table tennis and netflix for teens and kids and lots of peace for the parents to finally slow down from ultra fast moving business times/requirements. I would instantly go back if business would just give me the time ;-) Special thanks to Donatella who is a super friendly and a very well organized host (loving that :-)), as well as Daris, the good local soul. Super Week-end dans une magnifique maison, face au Golf de St Tropez

Grande maison très claire , confortable , bien agencée, au calme, dans la verdure, belle piscine à débordement. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bains et toilette, immense séjour avec vue magnifique sur la mer et les collines boisées. Super cuisine, équipée en Miel, nombreuses terrasses. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très belle demeure qui comprend tout le confort , mobilier et décoration de haute gamme. Maison spacieuse , lumineuse avec très belle vue . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le jardin avec un cadre magnifique. L'intérieur est très bien pensé avec tout le confort nécessaire .L'accueil chaleureux nous a particulièrement touché .Je recommande fortement cette location pour un séjour en famille .

Peaceful getaway in the hills near St Tropez

We had a lovely 2 weeks in Grimaud. Although the weather was exceptionally hot for August, the Villa Gea was comfortable as a place to relax with beautiful views, different seating areas to enjoy and the pool to cool off in. With air conditioning in all bedrooms we slept well. The house is very well equipped for preparing meals at home and doing the necessary laundry. The owners and property manager, Darus, were welcoming and attentive to making sure that our stay was trouble free. The villa is conveniently located for exploring the beautiful area of St Tropez. One can avoid the congested roads of Ste Maxime area by taking alternate hill roads which is s great plus. We recommend this property highly!

Nous étions 8 personnes, le confort et l'équipement sont parfaitement à la hauteur de ce que nous demandions. Parc et piscine superbes....... tout est réunis pour donner envie d'y retourner !

Séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique villa

Villa au calme, à un jet de voiture de Grimaud, Cogolin, les ports, St tropez, etc. La vue est magnifique tout comme la villa dont les matériaux et l'ameublement sont par ailleurs très qualitatifs. Nous la recommandons vivement.

Perfect stay in Grimaud

We loved the house and location. Perfect place to discover the Cote d'Azur, all the nice villages are nearby. The villa was perfect! We were with two families and had all enough room to relax. The swimmingpool is great and the view from the house is stunning. Contact with the owner and housemanager went very well, thank you Donatella and Charlotte! We can highly recommend this house.
