The apartment comprises a double bedroom with a decorative fireplace (we do not provide firewood), which adds a warm and distinctive touch to the room. The room also features a double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests.



The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfasts or meals in complete privacy, and a cosy space where you can relax after a day exploring Florence.



Completing the apartment is a pleasant private terrace with a relaxation area, an ideal space to enjoy peaceful moments outdoors. The terrace also features a washing machine, housed within a bespoke unit with a sink, which is both practical and discreet.



The apartment can accommodate more people thanks to the sofa bed, but to make the most of the space in comfort, we recommend it primarily for couples or small groups.

Guest Access:

Here at Charming Apartments, we’re always on hand to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you’ll be able to access the apartment entirely independently thanks to our self-check-in service, which allows you to upload your ID documents and sign the contract online via our platform quickly and easily.



Other Things to Note:

During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
