Welcome to Alda & Ventura, a spacious 65 m² second-floor apartment in Casa Falorni. Zone A (Alda) offers a 30 m² room with two single beds, an extendable single pouf, and overlooks Piazza Matteotti. Zone B (Ventura) features a double bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom in 35 m².



Both zones have separate entrances and are connected by an internal door when booked together. Tastefully renovated with Tuscan style and modern comforts, Alda & Ventura are ideal for couples, families, or small groups.



The Space:

Two plus two... makes six! By opening the connecting door, two separate apartments become one large, spacious unit perfect for hosting up to six guests. Alda and Ventura are two one-bedroom apartments at Casa Falorni, located on the second floor of the building that has long housed the family’s butcher and grocery shop on the ground floor.



This innovative solution—offering the option to rent the apartments separately or combined—is ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling together who want to experience the authentic, genuine, and pure village life of Greve in Chianti without giving up comfort and modern technology.

Plus, with the shared terrace accessible to all apartments, you can enjoy delicious treats from the Bottega while reading a book, chatting, or working on your laptop.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the booked zone Alda e Ventura. .

A shared terrace is available on the first floor—ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or enjoying local treats.



Check-in is self-service and available from 3:00 PM.

You’ll receive a personal code to operate the smart locks on the building entrance and apartment.



Upon request, luggage drop-off is available earlier, and you can return when your zones are ready.



Other Things to Note:

The building is equipped with a elevator that can accommodate one guest and one suitcase at a time.

We are proud to offer our guests authentic local experiences, thanks to our strong partnership with the historic Falorni Butcher Shop, located right downstairs. You can book guided tastings, behind-the-scenes visits, or even enjoy takeaway meals from the butcher directly on the shared terrace.



Through our collaboration with the Falorni family and local partners, we can help arrange:

During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.

Our team is available every day from Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, to assist you with any questions or needs. You can reach us by phone, email, or chat.



Outside these hours, we handle emergencies via phone only.

Although check-in is fully self-managed, we’re always happy to assist you before or during your stay if needed.
