Located in a small village in the heart of the Vercors Regional Nature Park. We’ve furnished it to accommodate 10 people on the upper floor of a former farmhouse. It was completely renovated in the fall of 2023. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Grand Veymont from your beautiful terrace. You’ll be right at the foot of the cross-country ski trails and 600 meters from the downhill ski slopes. Below the cottage, just 50 meters away, you’ll find access to a large, shaded area equipped with a picnic table. Restaurants and small shops are located in the village. Just 15 km from the iconic peaks of the Vercors: Mont Aiguille and Grand Veymont, not to mention the Hauts Plateaux du Vercors National Nature Reserve. You’ll be right at the gateway to the Trièves region: a stunning setting with whitewater rivers, and Lake Monteynard is just 23 km away. Numerous water sports and boat tours on the lake, as well as Himalayan-style suspension bridges… On the first level, access is via the terrace with a breathtaking view facing the Grand Veymont. A 60-square-meter living area with an open kitchen, a sitting area, and a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, the lounge area features a TV corner with Wi-Fi, games, and a foosball table. 4 beautiful, spacious bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (1 140-bed and one 90-bed), Bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds and one 90-bed), Bedroom 3 (1 160-bed and one child’s bed), Bedroom 4: (1 160-bed). 1 bathroom with a bathtub and double sink, 1 shower room with a toilet, 1 separate toilet with a sink, and a washer-dryer. Free community parking nearby at 50 m and 150 m. Additional services available for reservation, such as a stocked refrigerator, raclette set, fondue set, etc., to be ordered from the owners upon arrival or during your stay. Sheets included; beds made upon arrival. Mandatory cleaning fee of 150€. Additional occupancy fee applies for 2 extra guests on the mezzanine sofa bed + 1 children’s bed (60x140) in bedroom 3 (free).
