Outdoor living spaces and spacious great room lead to an Infinity edge pool with views over Marina Cay, Scrub Island and Virgin Gorda. Beachfront.

The Space:
Accessible by boat, secluded, luxury & enchanting, Diamond Reef Estate is a private, old-world waterfront estate built of local stone and surrounded by lush gardens brimming with trees, flowers, organic vegetables, and fruits. Accommodating up to 14, with 8.5 bathrooms. Fast and secure WiFi. Massive chef's kitchen designed with entertaining in mind. Outdoor living spaces and spacious great room lead to an Infinity edge pool with views over Marina Cay, Scrub Island and Virgin Gorda. Beachfront and comes with Kayaks, SUP's, Snorkeling gear as well as a variety of pool floats!

The property is made up of multiple buildings with manicured pathways through the gardens. The main Villa has an incredible well stocked library with a super fun loft with two twin beds, perfect for the young adventurous ones! The estate leads right to the water with fantastic snorkeling right off the shore. There is a beautiful herb and veggie garden as well as a shade house where you can pick fresh fruits and veggies for your salads and dinners as well as a hen house for farm fresh eggs daily. Need a chef for your stay or just for a few meal periods? No problem... just contact us to arrange.

Guests have complete access to the property except any utility or service areas housing sensitive plant and machinery like pump rooms etc. The kitchen has a walk in refrigerator that is closed off for owner use only. Small dogs allowed, no puppies. Extra security deposit will apply for pets.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Privateers develoment on the Eastern side of the Great Camanoe, Diamond Reef Estate is set on 10 acres of water front land with easy access to two beaches and the community dock.

Getting Around:
Access to Great Camanoe is by boat only. You will have access to a 17' centre console for trips to Trellis Bay, Marina Cay or Scrub Island. We also have a 26' Glacier Bay power catamaran available for rent for day trips with a captain.

Interaction with Guests:
I live on the other side of the island so near enough if you need anything or any assistance.

Beautiful buildings and grounds. The staff was delightful and very helpful. Loved the location, we rented a larger boat so all could travel to other islands. We would love to go back.

We needed a place to escape the cold and found this paradise that could accommodate our large group. There is not much to do on Camanoe itself but that is exactly what we wanted. We could use the boats to skip to nearby islands for food/bars but the property has more than enough amenities to keep you happy. Richard our host was unbelievable. He helped us navigate the area, hire an incredible chef (Elke) , acquire a catamaran day trip, coordinate logistics seamlessly, and so much more. I can’t thank him enough for making that trip so memorable and perfect. Would love to stay again.

Richard provided ongoing superb communication from the time of inquiry until our visit to the British Virgin Islands concluded. He assisted with everything from arranging delivery of provisions to letting us know which airports were best for our travel, etc…. He rearranged the two twin beds for our kids to be closer to our room ahead of our visit. And he gave us the grand tour of the property when we arrived, despite it being late. He was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable. The property is GORGEOUS and well-maintained. It was much larger than we anticipated. There are so many places to sit and relax and enjoy the beauty of the environment. The ‘toys’ available were plentiful, from fishing gear to snorkel gear to games to cooking ingredients and tools to toiletries. Only disappointment was paying $75/ day per person over 6 people with an expectation of a 24 hour available boat for our use that would fit our whole party and two golf carts as advertised on the website. When I inquired, I was told the golf cart was inoperable and they weren’t providing the larger boat round the clock, we were encouraged to pay for a charter or use ferry transportation. Overall and beautiful experience but I did expect some type of remediation for those significant shortcomings given the price paid.

This property was fantastic. It was even better than advertised. Richard did a great job organizing requests and logistics. The property was one of the most unique places I have ever stayed. Can't wait to come back.

This property lived up to its expectations with its beauty and comfort at every spot. The staff took great care of the house and us while we were there with daily housekeeping and cleaning. The property manager and house a manger attended to our needs and was very helpful in setting us up with Caption Tom from Celtic Pride who took us on a fantastic day cruise - allowing us to explore areas of the BVI we had not previously seen. This is a vacation spot and house that we look forward to returning to again and again. 5 stars!!

Beautiful beyond words. The estate explores all senses. The accommodations for 12 people was absolutely perfect. This VRBO was the best I have experienced yet. Thank you to Jerome and the girls , thank you Richard. You guys rock.
