  • Enjoy swimming, boating, ice skating or ice fishing but get outside to enjoy the large deck, lake and large yard. When inside the large windows will make you feel like you are still outside so you can enjoy the views while you get cozy by the fire or cook in the fully furnished kitchen. Get a great night sleep in a comfortable bed after enjoying a show on the SMART TV. Take a walk or run around the lake which is exactly a 5k or walk over to Libby Hill trails. We have a Hannaford, Chinese restaurant, and Gas Station with a deli and pizza within walking distance. Windham is only about a 12 minute drive with lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. One of our favorite places to visit is Pineland Farms which is only ten minutes away. They have a great market\cafe and offer farm tours and outdoor activities for all seasons. This is a 4 Unit Townhouse Style Property but Unit 1 is very large with a private deck and fire pit. 3 smaller units have friendly year round tenants that you may see occasionally in the large yard or beach and dock areas.

Family Easter visit

We had a wonderful stay in Gray, we were visiting family in the area. The home was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Beautiful view of the beach and plenty of space for our family visit.

We had a lovely stay at Joan’s lakeside home. The place was roomy and exceptionally clean and very well stocked when it came to kitchen items, towels, games, etc… The grounds are expansive and the views of the lake are magical. We have family just down the road and the location could not have been better. We look forward to returning next year!

Check in process was clear and simple – much appreciated! The house was extremely bright, clean, and spacious. We loved the dock, fire pit, and use of the paddle boat.

Relaxing stay

Great place to getaway from the hustle and bustle but still be close enough to go to Portland and experience the seafood and dining. The place was very clean and the host was top notch. The listing photos are accurate and everyone was very friendly. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

Relaxing

The lake was nice not too busy, the host provided canoes, kayaks, and a small peddling boat. The view from the unit was beautiful and the pictures were accurate. The inside was very clean and kitchen was fully stocked had everything we needed

Perfect Wedding Location

Celebrated a family wedding at nearby venue. This was a beautiful, pet friendly condo with gorgeous view of the lake! There was traffic noise from the main road, but ample parking in site, as well as outdoor space with seating and dining.

The happiest lakefront getaway we've ever visited

Our family of five stayed here for a month and had a wonderful time. The kids went fishing in the lake almost every day, and we enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks that were available on-site. The view from the large picture windows is really incredible in the mornings, and we took a couple evenings to watch the stars from the dock. The host was wonderful with communication and more than accommodating. We made some great family memories here, and would highly recommend the property.

This was the perfect property for a long-weekend getaway with family to visit our 90-year-old aunt. Staying lakeside added just that little “something”. There was a small hiccup with check-in, but Joan was very responsive and it was resolved within minutes. Also, though we didn’t get to take advantage due to a delayed flight, she was willing to accommodate an earlier check-in time for us, and allowed us to stay a bit longer as well, which eased our departure.We were able to take the canoe out on the lake for a lovely morning paddle, and if we’d had one more night we would’ve taken advantage of the firepit too.Having stayed at various bed and breakfasts, the one thing I’ve come to expect that wasn’t there was a “welcome to our cottage” book, binder, or page with details about how to leave the bedding, dishes, etc - but we got along just fine without it, and did our best to leave things in good order.I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, and thoroughly recommend a mid-May visit for lovely just-right weather!
