Casa Del Lago: Lakefront 3 BR/3 BA w/ private dock!

This 3 BR/3 BA (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, one sleeper sectional sofa in basement, and one wide couch upstairs) lakefront home is perfect for you and your friends and/or family at the Lake of the Ozarks! It comfortably sleeps 9, but we've had as many as 15 guests (feel free to bring air mattresses!)

Open & spacious rooms feature a large kitchen on the main level with a great room and fireplace. Lots of windows and tons of natural light flow in while you look out on beautiful lakefront views!

A wide stairway leads downstairs to a full-sized bar that seats 6 - great for long weekends at the lake! Great size for entertaining friends and family.

Outside you'll find two levels of covered deck that are just a few steps from a concrete covered dock where you can swim and float on those nice summer days! There's also an ATTACHED 2 car garage.

We pride ourselves in ensuring the house is stocked with almost every amenity you need besides your own clothing, toothpaste and toothbrush - read below what we provide.

KITCHEN AMENITIES: We have a full set of Kirkland Signature brand pots and pans, OXO kitchen utensils and BBQ utensils (tongs, spatula and grill cleaner hanging on grill outside), plenty of dishes (12 dinner plates, 12 salad plates, 12 bowls, 12 pasta bowls), plenty of utensils (12 large forks, 12 small forks, 12 large spoons, 12 small spoons, 12 knives, along with 8 steak knives, a set of knives - large, serrated, etc., wine opener key, potato masher, a set of 5 glass bowls (different sizes), a set of 3 stainless steel bowls (different sizes). In addition we also have aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt, pepper, olive oil, Dunkin Donuts original coffee and free filters (the coffee machine is a traditional drip coffee machine - feel free to bring your own flavor of coffee if you prefer something different) - 12 coffee mugs, 3 types of sugar packets (regular, Sweet n Low and Splenda). We also have cutting boards, cookie sheets, Ninja blender, dishwashing pods, paper towels, counter cleaner, Windex, and more. Have any questions before your arrival? Please don't hesitate to reach out!

BATHROOM AMENITIES: We include: 12 beach towels (Turkish towel style), 4 bath sheets (larger bath towels), 4 hand towels, and 4 wash cloths in each bathroom - sometimes they are in the closets, sometimes they're in the drawers. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with one bar of soap by the sink - there are plenty extras in the cabinets above each toilet if more is needed during your stay.

EXTERIOR UPSTAIRS: Covered balcony overlooking the Mill Creek cover (4.5mm at Lake of the Ozarks) with bluetooth stereo system, Weber grill, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs with a small side table, and two ceiling fans

EXTERIOR DOWNSTAIRS: Covered patio with four bar height chairs and one bar height table, along with a dining table with four chairs.

EXTERIOR DOCK: Includes 6 sun loungers, bluetooth stereo, one boat slip that is 12' wide by 30' long, along with lighting and a WetSteps ladder to easily get in and out of the lake for those days where you want to hang out on the dock or swim/float in the water on those nice summer days!

# OF GUESTS: We allow up to 12 guests. However, if there are more than 9 guests, we charge an additional $25/night fee for any additional guest. This helps to pay for extra cleaning, laundry, utilities, etc. to ensure we can keep Casa Del Lago in the best shape possible for all of our guests.

PET POLICY: We love pets and know you do too! You're welcome to bring pets, but we do charge a $150/stay (for the entire length of your trip), for up to four pets. We do this so that we can help pay our cleaners for extra fur clean up, or potentially having to go towards shampooing the carpets in case accidents occur (accidents happen, and that's okay!).

SECURITY CAMERAS: We do have two security cameras (one overlooking the driveway, and one overlooking the exterior balcony and dock). Please note - we are not Big Brother, and we are not surveilling you during your stay - we have them in place in case accidents happen and to ensure your safety.

Girls trip

We loved the house and the location. All of the girls loved it and we had a great time staying here. Andy was quick getting back to me when we couldn’t find blankets in house. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again. I definitely recommend you should stay here.

Family Gathering on Lake of the Ozarks

WOW WOW WOW ABSOLUTELY Amazing! Our host Andy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The way the house is set up is far better than any other place we have stayed. Quality beds, linens and towels. Kitchen equipment was great. THE SUNRISE IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING ACROSS THE WATER….. If you visit the area, STAY HERE!

Quiet Cove

The owner, Andy, was great to work with! Very responsive and helpful! The house was perfect for our adult family vacation of six adults. We brought our boat and the covered dock was great. We were even able to swim off the dock. This is a quiet cove in the north part of Lake of the Ozarks, so please know that if you want to do any touristy things, you have at least a 40 minute drive south. The parking at this house was VERY tight. We had one sedan and one truck and that was about all we could fit. We took the boat and trailer to a local marina to launch the boat and store the trailer. There is not enough room to bring your boat trailer to the house.There didn't seem to be enough comfortable furniture in the house to relax in and the pictures do make the house look bigger than it is. Lake Burger, a local restaurant with a boat dock and fuel is within walking distance, so that was pretty convenient. Sometimes there was a gasoline smell at night that would waft over from their pier. These were the BEST beds and sheets we have ever slept in at a rental property, so prepare to get a great night's sleep. Again, the owner was absolutely wonderful and this is definitely a place you should consider renting for a vacation.

Wonderful property

Andy was very nice and informative. He went above and beyond to be helpful including measuring the driveway to see if our trailers would fit. He even helped locate a secondary parking option just in case. The house was very clean, view was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. We would happily book again!

Off Season Bliss

The house is even more high quality than I expected. Very well stocked, cleaned and decorated. My family of 7 adults visited during the off season, it was quiet and beautiful! As it was fall, we spent most of our time relaxing in the living room enjoying the cozy couch and each others company. We could watch the Loons and Pelicans from the spacious porch and the large living room windows overlooking the lake! We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal using all the pots, pans and dishes supplied by the house. We had ample space in the kitchen for multiple people. We brought SUP boards and hung out on the huge dock listening to music on the house Bluetooth system. Andy was great at checking in to make sure we were happy. We had a great vacation!

AMAZING and then some!!

Andy was not only a phenomenal host, but the house and accommodations were better than expected and we had such a fantastic time! We’re frequent Lake of the Ozark go’ers and this place did not disappoint but only validates a reason to come back! The house, dock, and everything was just perfect!

Beautiful updated home with all bases covered.

Casa Del Lago was super clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and Andy had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Everything was new and we had plenty of plates, cutlery, glassware and supplies. Andy was quick to respond and checked in with us after our first night to see if we had any questions. We are a family of 7 adults and we enjoyed hanging out on the dock and fishing. Bluetooth speakers on the dock added to our fun. We rented a boat from Lakeside rentals and it was also very convenient! Lake Burger was really good. Coconuts and Jolly Rogers are both short boat rides away. Plenty of quiet coves to anchor down as well. However, no boat needed as the dock was spacious and the cove was quiet and perfect for swimming and lounging and fishing. The neighbors are also very pleasant.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and enjoyed the house so much! The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The dock was great and the location to Lake Burger was super convenient and made for easy dinner plans if we decided to eat out versus cook for the night! Would definitely recommend the property to others!

Can’t Wait to Return

We could not have picked a better place to stay for a long weekend! We got into town a bit earlier than expected and Andy had no problems letting us check-in about 30 minutes ahead of schedule. He also checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed (we definitely did!) which was super nice. The house itself sat right off the water and there were no stairs to have to navigate down to get to the dock. We loved the location as well, a 2 min walk from Lake Burger and about a 10 min drive to Coconuts! We couldn’t have asked for a better house or host!

Great hospitality, and awesome stay!

The house was in impeccable shape when we got there! Kitchen is very well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, etc. - we had everything we needed! The bathrooms also had towels and shampoo/conditioner, etc which was great. Bedrooms were also very comfortable! Andy is a top tier host that makes sure your stay is nothing short of great! Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to the lake of the ozarks, also located on the water and absolutely beautiful views! Thanks to Andy to making our trip so enjoyable and stress-free.

Family vacation

The house was super clean and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. All rooms were big and had convenient plug ins/USB plug ins. The beds were VERY comfortable with many pillows to choose from. The owner/manager checked in with me to make sure that we were all set. We had a great time and would rent again.
