"Self check-in was convenient and simple except for the invasive amount of personal information asked to have unit access, but after that is where issues started to happen. Cleanliness of condo was an immediate issue as we walked in. Sliding door did not close properly and unit had bugs flying everywhere, sliding door couldn’t be latched properly and had to make something to keep latched securely.
