The apartment is set within a charming rustic complex, finished in stone and enhanced with elegant wooden details that reflect the authentic charm of the surrounding valleys. Guests are welcomed into a spacious and bright open-plan living area, consisting of a lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for cooking in complete comfort. A practical dining table harmoniously separates the spaces, creating a functional and convivial environment. Outside, the balcony offers breathtaking panoramic views over Lake Como, framed by mountains, with picturesque glimpses of the villages of Gravedona and Dongo — the perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoor moments. A characteristic spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where two cozy double bedrooms are located. Both feature wardrobes or dressers, while the wooden attic ceiling creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment is completed by two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

How to get there:

By car, from the Italian A9 motorway, take the “Lago di Como” exit and continue along the SS340 Regina road following the lake to Gravedona. From Switzerland, take the A2 motorway and exit at “Lugano Nord”, cross the city and continue along the Gandria road to the Italian border, then proceed towards Menaggio and follow the SS340 Regina to Gravedona. From the town center, the property can be reached in about 5 minutes.

By public transport, from Como Lake bus station, take bus C10 to “Menaggio Piazza Roma” (approx. 1 hour). Then take bus C10 Nobiallo to “Dongo - Convento Frati”, and finally change to C118 towards “Gravedona - Frazione Trevisa”. Alternatively, a ferry from Como to Dongo is available.
