Welcome to the beautifully evergreen Pacific Northwest, where this waterfront home boasts spectacular views of Benson Lake both inside and out. Enjoy a private dock where you can sip your coffee at sunrise, take afternoon swims, and use the provided kayak, pedal boat, and canoe to get out on the water.

This lakefront home is scenically situated on the western shore of Benson Lake, a serene body of water limited to electric motors only. The surrounding area is ripe for exploring, with Mason Lake County Park two miles north and the towns of Allyn, Belfair, and Shelton within an easy, 15-mile drive. You'll be 14 miles from the Alderbrook Resort Golf Course and even closer to a variety of wetland trails, state parks, shops, and conveniences.

Whether your plans involve hiking, kayaking, or exploring Hood Canal and the greater Olympic Peninsula, you'll begin and end each day in the gorgeous outdoor spaces. Go for a morning paddle from the dock, returning home in time for a barbecue lunch prepared on the gas grill. Watch bald eagles soar overhead from the wraparound porch, the separate deck, and the stone dining patio, and gather each evening for s'mores around the firepit by the lake's edge.

The interior showcases the waterfront scene as well, with walls of windows framing Benson Lake and the surrounding woodlands. The house is comfortable and inviting all year round, with glass deck doors that let in the summer breeze and both a woodstove and baseboard electric heat to keep things cozy in winter.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a lakefront dining room for family meals and after-dinner board games, and smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: There is a private dock on the property, accessed via a flight of exterior stairs.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
