Gym was awesome. First time in Chicago. This was a great place to stay: wish there was more of a bar scene / restaurant but still great.

This is more of a 3 star hotel. It’s over priced. Management is cheap. No down pillows or comforters. Beds are not great. Only 2 pillows. Front rotunda door barely works. Staff in lobby were not friendly or accommodating. They don’t accommodate a late check out. The hotel doesn’t feel American, which you would expect in Chicago!
