"We reserved a suite that stated it had a jetted tub AND a private hot tub but it did not have a hot tub - only a jetted tub. I always like an outside hot tub and was disappointed that was not the case. Also had lots of steps to a third floor room I wouldn’t have booked if I knew there were that many ..."
