Great location

Short stay in Grand Forks. Unit was in quiet neighborhood close to downtown, UND and Alerus Center. Good value and accurately described. Perfect for 2 couples

The place was great for two couples, each had our own rooms and bathrooms. We were in town for a concert and was nice to have a grocery store nearby since we had a kitchen, and we were able to walk home from the Alerus.

Great Place to Stay!

We had an amazing stay! This place is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to coffee shops, a grocery store, and the hospital. If you are in town for UND events, I would highly recommend this place since it is close to campus. The host was quick to answer any questions we had.

Terrible experience. Double booked and found out when other occupants answered door shocking both.

Terrible experience. Was not informed property was double booked until I attempted to enter code at door and other party was already in residence and heard me and opened door. Both parties shocked to see each other. Upon visiting with other party they had booked months in advance also. Contacted agent and VRBO and they just stated sorry and we will refund you your money and that was it, no assistance to find another place to stay. Not sure if will have much confidence in future VRBO bookings, if any.

Freshly updated but it’s not clean

This rental was not clean. The bathroom counters, kitchen counters and floors all needed to be cleaned. There’s a not so clean smell when you open the door and go up the stairs to the unit. The stairway carpet is gross. Also, the first two showers had hot water but the third shower there was no hot water, only very cold water. Will not stay here again.

Ended up getting a hotel.

Got this place to stay for my birthday. My friends and I left to go to the bars downtime, and at 2:30am when we got dropped off by our Uber we couldn’t get back into the vrbo. We called the host MULTIPLE times with no response. Three young women, stranded outside at 2:30 am with nothing but their ids and debit cards. We luckily got a ride to a hotel before all of our phones were dead, because we HAD NOTHING. At 7am a friend who had been with us later that night got a message from the host saying he accidentally put the deadbolt lock to 12am instead of 12pm. I 1000% understand accidents happen, however if you are a host of a property YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO REACH. The next morning when we finally were able to charge a phone at the front desk at the hotel, call our friend, we were able to get back to the vrbo and enter as the host had unlocked it. Tired, irritated, and simply disappointed, I called the host to chat with him about the events that happened, and he had the audacity to laugh and downplay the scenario. He did apologize, refund us, and pay for half our hotel stay. Which I appreciate, and was the right thing on the hosts part to do. Again, I understand accidents happen, but this was truly awful, and the worst stay I’ve ever had.

Perfect location for UND event

My husband, 94-year-old mother, and I stayed here over homecoming for UND. There is a flight of stairs to the unit, but we knew that and mom was able to climb them. Accommodations were perfect for us.

Awesome, quiet aparment

This apartment is furnished perfectly, in a quiet, peaceful, easy to access location. The property manager was so easy to work with. Our stay could not have been more perfect. We will definitely stay again if we get the opportunity.

Cozy, Cute and modern!

This condo was super cute!! Everything is updated! Beds and bedding were cozy!! Nice size for 4 adults!! Living room furniture was super comfortable too!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!! We also plan to keep this place on our list for future visits!!! The only thing this place didn’t have was a hair dryer for us ladies!!!!

Great experience

My husband, 2 grandchildren (ages 5 and 3) and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo is very clean, freshly remodeled and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Chris, our host, was always prompt with his responses and very helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to hospital, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood area was quiet. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Grand Forks. Thank you.
