The food for an all inclusive hotel was excellent and the staff couldn’t be more attentive and helpful. We travel quite a bit and this was our first stay at a RIU property and I can definitely say we are already planning to go back. The worst part about the hotel was having to leave.

A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive and pay taxes and resort fee for nothing. One day towels in the beach were finished! All is closed at 6pm you cannot use pool or beach later. I Will never go for vacation here.

"The home was on the East end of the island and off the beaten path. We did not see anyone else during our stay. We enjoyed the beach (snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, exploring tidal pools, swimming, relaxing). Snorkle gear, life vests, kayaks all included. The house was clean and had all the amenities ..."
