Beautiful heritage hotel. Super location, great morning coffee, staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a very lively, wonderfully quirky and happening hotel in an equally happening town. Parking was easy. Lots of amazing places to eat, drink and shop nearby. We loved our stay and the people of Flagstaff. Its proximity to the bars makes it a tad loud at night, but we thought the pluses of the location outweighed this point.

1st of all, I booked not knowing it’s supposed to be Haunted:o) Staff was very helpful, lots of places to eat nearby parking was TERRIBLE though. I’d say that was the only negative. I didn’t experience any paranormal activity luckily. I enjoyed the stay!

This is unique, historic property. See why a luxury hotel was like in the Old West 100 years ago. Old town Flagstaff is a fun place to be in the evening and this is the perfect place to enjoy it from.

The place has been restored obviously with great effort and loving care - it looks like an owner worked at it with limited capital over several years and did a lovely job. And the location is really great - right across from a great tea shop and the downtown area all around - a primary reason for staying. There are a few gottacha's to be aware of. The larger room we rented had a beautiful bathtub - but no shower curtain and hand shower. The room got cold but it has old fashioned boiler radiator heat which made the room absolutely intolerable during the night. There may be a way to block the hall light coming through the glass over the door but again we didn't realize it till aslep - it lit up the room. The wardrobe door was warped and hung slightly open and tarnished the look for the room - and the vintage furniture was scuffed and barely blended. You might not mind the furniture thing but I thought it detracted. But it has an onsight restaurant and night clubs which make it cool. you don't want to stay here if you don't want to roll a bit but we enjoyed our stay.

Obviously, this is a historic property, and outdated things are to be expected, but torn carpets and door locks that are difficult to close are things that need to be worked on at this property. The pros are their are a couple great drinking establishments on property, a restaurant, and the hotel is right in the middle of downtown Flagstaff, with it's safe and cool nighttime vibe.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was small but perfect and exactly what we wanted. We loved the vibe and decor. There were 3 bars/restaurants at the property and so many other walkable locations. We enjoyed the life music!

If you like paper thin walls so you can be awakened in the middle of the night to listen to your neighbors have sex as the bang into the wall over and over again and constantly moan, then this is your place. If you like to double down on the debauchery, they’ll wake you up at 6am doing the exact same thing. My wife and I were hoping for a quiet, restful night away from the kids for the first time in five years. The honey neighbors woke us up with their racket and we couldn’t fall back asleep after they were done. We thought, “Well, at least we can catch up by sleeping in.” Joke was on us. Everything was loud and boisterous. Fine. I guess there’s a bar scene. But the sexual romp was too much for us. Despite its cute, and charming appearance, it is not for those looking for rest and relaxation. Steer clear if that’s what you want.

Very charming place and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Parking is very limited so be prepared to walk a few blocks. Food was excellent.

Quaint historical hotel in the centre of Flaggstaff - really couldn't ask for a better location. The varander bar is a great place for a drink overlooking the town at the end of a long day. Historical hotels comes with their quirks, our room had a private bathroom which was just a bath with a shower attachment.

Historic property that is in good condition and fun to be in. Great food. Rooms are small but enough. There are only 8 or so parking spots. Secondary lot is only open from 5 pm to 8 am.

Very nice and authentic historical hotel in a good location. Entertaining view from the upstairs ballroom bar. Enjoyed the entertainment in the downstairs bar.
