Make yourself at home in this modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, perfect for your next mountain escape! Whip up your favorite meal in the fully-equipped kitchen then warm up by the fireplace and get cozy on the couch to recap the day’s adventures or take in a movie on the flatscreen smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is the main bedroom adorned with a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a twin-size bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is an additional full bathroom near this bedroom. The covered patio is the perfect place to wind down on the comfy rocking chairs.

Enjoy the convenience of the free WiFi and private washer and dryer. You'll love retreating to the two outdoor community hot tubs or grilling meals to enjoy at the picnic table. Kicking Horse Lodges are centrally located in Grand County and are an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area, with close access to skiing, biking trails, fishing, and Golf Granby Ranch. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive. This condo is minutes away from the Granby Ranch main lift.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Host was very responsive to inquiry and the place was perfect for our needs. Was able to fit 5 comfortably. Place was warm and nicely upkept. Few small stains in chairs from previous wear and tear but other than that it was very clean and amenities were also very enjoyable.

Very nice place to stay

The place was very clean and accommodating for the most part. There is a need for better cookware as what is there is very worn. Plus there were no deck chairs to sit on as shown in the listing. But would still go back and tent again.

Sliding door was broken when we arrived. Overall good place to stay. Golf course is very close. Granby Ranch, hiking, biking etc all very close.

Good Location & Stay

We have stayed at the Kicking Horse property in the past. This unit is set a little further back from the lift but it’s a very short (5 min) walk to the lift. Bedrooms are comfy. Enough living room and kitchen space for a family of four. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the help from property managements to get the TVs working.

Only ok

It’s a cozy little condo, but enough downsides I probably wouldn’t return. The hot tub shown in the listing had no key card access and you would have to use the ski base lodge pool/hot tub which is inconvenient, the kitchen is stocked ok but not great (needed a larger pot), and I found the bed and couch not super comfy. So overall gave it 3/5 for the price we paid.

Granby Ranch is a nice location

Was ok. Not really what was promised. Location was good, accommodation had everything we required. Unit could do with some TLC, it tstat that works a little better. The kitchen light stopped working after day 2, would have been nice to have gotten that fixed when reached out to management. The dryer is missing an internal part so small items like socks kept on getting stuck in there and blocking the heat. The hot tub outside was not accessible at all, I reached out to management and they said I needed to go to base, pay $10 per person to use hot tub and pool. Didn’t make sense since the unit advertised shared hot tub. At Granby Ranch Base Camp, there is a community pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The pool is heated and open year-round. Guests must purchase a $10 day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall, to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present reservation confirmation with the property address. Guest/Renters may ONLY use the pool on a walk-up, space-available basis Guest/Renters MUST have a Guest Pool Key to enter the pool. Guest/Renters MUST enter through the Ranch Hall and check-in with Ranch Hall staff. Ranch Hall 970-509-0217 Ok. Thank you! So I can't use the hot tub across from us? Location was great! Loved the full kitchen and washer and dryer. A lot of home comforts that beat the average hotel. Unfortunately, the hot water heater didn't work so we had cold showers (mountain water cold!) And the third twin bed on the list was actually a strange couch setup. That being said, the price was good for the area and we'd probably stay there again.

Great weekend stay

Very clean condo, we walked to one ski lift. Great place to stay for the weekend. There is one chair in the living area that is broken and falling apart. It needs to be thrown out and replaced besides that everything was great.

The condo was not clean, wifi didn't work, light bulbs burnt out, sliding glass door would not lock, living room TV didn't work. Great location, needs some TLC!
