This prime location offers the ultimate ski-in, ski-out experience—just step off the patio and onto the lifts of Granby Ranch. In the summer, enjoy unbeatable access to the bike park, right outside your door.
Base Camp One is perfectly situated in the heart of Grand County, making it the ideal home base for exploring a wide array of recreational activities. You'll be just minutes away from top attractions including Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest—all within a 30-minute drive.
Our condo provides comfortable accommodations with three bedrooms: the master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin bunk beds (four twins in total).

Fantastic location, amazing trip

The location of this unit is perfect. Steps from the lift, fire pit, ticket counter, and everything you could need. The patio is the last one on the side facing the lifts so it felt like we had our own private area outside. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Lots of storage space for all of your things.

Great Location for ski in ski out!

The first floor unit with very close access to the main lift was perfect for our family of 7 snowboarders and skiers. It was very convenient to take a break at the nearby fire pit or grab a quick lunch in our unit in between runs. The size of the unit was perfect for our family of 7 which included 4 young adults (30s), 1 teen and 2 senior adults. The communication with the property manager was stellar with quick replies and easy check in and out procedures.

Great location and set up.

The location near the ski lift at Granby was amazing. The layout of the condo was also made for skiing and bringing in snow etc. with outdoor carpet and the plastic chairs and places to hang gear, really nice when all the young adults came in for lunch and end of day. Couple complaints, the carpeted area while nice had many spots and stains. The condo was too warm and the thermastat seemed uncontrollable. We cooked alot and while there is a very nice array of dishes and silverware it lacked many basic essential for the simplest meals. Only one frying pan, only one soup pot, no crockpot or slow cooker. Only three various size mixing bowls. Very few cooking utensils, only one spatula. One more small thing, the water from every faucet was extremely (scalding hot) yet the washer had only a small trickle of hot water and all the towels are white. There were 8 of us so we needed to wash the towels as there were not as many as I would have stocked. Also not near enough toilet paper or paper towels for a group of 8 for 6 days. Just saying, maybe stock according to the group and length of stay. Location and layout were PERFECT! The heated garage also a big plus. We would stay here again, just know to bring more kitchen ware with us and TP and PT.

Amazing ski in / ski out access

This is our fifth year staying at Base Camp one, we have had an excellent experience every year. This is a perfect location for a family with kids with easy access to the slopes and everything you need for a week of skiing. This ground level unit is extremely convenient to quickly get to your room just steps from the slopes.

Great location and everything you need!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of five (with three kids ages 9 and under) during Spring Break. First of all the location is superb. You are steps away from the lifts by going out the patio door. This is extremely helpful for shedding layers, potty breaks, snack breaks, etc. The condo itself was well appointed with all the essentials you need for a week away from home. The rooms, beds, furniture, etc. were tasteful and homey and we appreciated the streaming services and cable! Highly recommend this property!

A+++ We had a wonderful stay! The location cannot be beat. The back door was just steps away from the lifts, restaurant, bar, and fire pit. Communication with the management company was superior to any other rentals we have had in the past! We had a few small things come up and the management was only a text away. They took care of our needs immediately. A++ We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect family ski vacation

This property was every bit as wonderful as we could have hoped. My family of beginning skiers was easily able to ski straight from the back porch the few yards over to the main chair lift area. The lodge and ski rental was only steps away. The property itself was comfortable and clean. The beds were just as described, perfect for my teenage daughter and 3 young sons- there was even a pack and play and a high chair that we utilized with my infant son. There was plenty of seating at the table for meals and on the couch for movie night. The kitchen and bathrooms were attractive, and impeccably clean. There were plenty of towels, linens, and extra blankets and pillows if we had needed them. The check in and check out instructions were clear and the host was very responsive. I can’t say enough about this place- perfect location for the skiing, and beautiful home to stay in!
